The hotel was very outdated (with the exception of the reception area) for a 4 star hotel. No water, no toiletries, stain on carpets, and average breakfast. The one good thing about this hotel is the location, you can walk to most touristic areas.

Hotel location was great. The hotel rooms are spacious but need to be slightly upgraded and bathtub to be replaced with a shower. Ac was extremely hot at night we couldn’t sleep.

we were here for two days. unfortunately the lifts were not always working so we had to use the ibis lifts or the stairs. cleanliness of the room was also not as shown as the pictures. could have been better. staff were very friendly and helpful; location is great!

Firstly I'd like to say that I have never seen such friendly staff as at this hotel. Especially the hotel manager, such a kind and well spoken lady who helped me with all of my questions. The view of the hotel was amazing and the location too! Everything was basically at walking distance.
Breakfast was good, it could have had more types of juice, breads, vegetables and more sorts of toppings, but it was very hygenic.
Parking is not cheap in Strasbourg, but if you park in front of Parc de l'Orangerie it's free.
Lastly, if you do decide to get a room with a view, keep in mind that there's a club which causes quite some noises on friday and saturday.

Novotel Strasbourg Hotel is in a great central location in downtown! The Hotel has a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was €17 per adult, our child was free. The breakfast had a very good selection and the scrambled eggs were very tasty! The Hotel to include our room was spectacularly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on-site, it is a public park Haus, but there is an entrance specifically for hotel guests. Parking was €20 a day. Overall, the Novotel hotel was super for all of the above reasons and we would stay there again!

I like the design of the Hotel and the room. Modern. The room was very clean and functionnal. The staff was very helpful and made the stay agreable despite the circumstances (restrictions liked to Covid pandemic)
