Great stay

It was easy to get the devils state park and downtown

Very nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast.

Out-dated but clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Pool was a decent size but had several spots on the bottom where the smooth finishing had come off. Restaurant attached to the hotel was good. Free breakfast was good.

Was just ok. Room was clean. Tv channels didn’t match to station it stated, so was difficult to find correct programming. It said there’s fitness room and that room was empty. It said there’s a pool and hot tub. But sign said hot tub broke. Condition of building definitely showing its wear.

The room we originally got was not cleaned. However, we went back downstairs and we were given another room right away.

The room was not handicap accessible at all. My wheel chair did not even fit through the door. I could not maneuver my wheelchair in the room at all. We did not even stay the second night. I wasn’t able to shower at all because there was no walk in shower.

I would like something done about this

The bed was comfortable but the room need work. There were leaks in the bathroom ceiling, and the floors in the room needed cleaning.

The rooms were dirty, and not enough staff.

Sheets were all stained, and they didn't supply wash cloths. But this was one of the cheaper options.

People were friendly, the facility was clean and orderly, made our stay very pleasant.

It was nice and clean

I'm not sure how this hotel had such a high rating. It's not well managed. On the plus side, our room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. On the other hand, everything in the hotel seemed dirty: the elevator, the walls, garbage was stacked next to the garbage can for one day. The ice maker wasn't working for 3 days. The fitness room was stacked with stuff. When we went to the hot tub (which was warm and roomy), there were stacks of dirty towels in the basket and on the floor, but no clean ones. We had to switch to a different room because you couldn't open the refrigerator door. It banged into the closet and the closet wouldn't open. I must put a good word in for the lady working the desk. She was extremely helpful but was in a horrible situation of having to do everything. She's the one that had to restock towels in the pool area and bring extra linens to the room. The breakfast was okay but no half and half for the coffee and no hand sanitizer for a buffet. In short, we were disappointed, but at least relieved to have a nice bed to sleep in.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and taken care of!

Overall okay- hotel lobby beautiful updated, carpets in hallways need cleaning, air was on only one day in hallways- Wall units heat/ac in room but kept up with extreme heat. Mattress pad on bed did mot fit tight but I was able to remake bed so sheet were smooth- overall bed comfortable. Elevators need daily cleaning attention. Pool area okay but again could use improved cleaning, there were no pool towels but we asked for some, and an ample supply delivered within five minutes.

Did not like the small bathroom. Towels not present in pool area. Breakfast was not very appealing. Liked the quiet atmosphere. Liked the large pool and hot tub.

they put a mattress pad as a comforter on top of the bed , the breakfast could use one more waffle maker

Everything is okay, for one night it’s perfectly fine; but attached bathroom is little small, so inconvenient.

Room was not cleaned once in 3 nights/4 days. No clean towels. No toiletries. No emptying of garbage. Nothing. Got locked out of our room on the last night of our stay. Had to run down to reception in the middle of the night to get new keys. No apology whatsoever.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Room very clean and quiet. Hallways and hallway entrances from parking should be cleaned. I will definitely return - great eating options in walking distance.

I was very unhappy because I got on a bit late and very exhausted. I got no sleep as there were dogs barking all night. I woke up with a cluster migraine and nearly had to have someone take me to the hospital. These dogs were crazy barking. I told the front desk and he said no dogs are allowed on that floor. I was like well “go up ther. I guarantee they’re barking!” He offered nothing. No apology. What I paid for I did not get.

Staff was friendly with us.they were going through reconstruction in the hotel, elevator was out of order and had to use other elevator on other side of the building. lot of dust and debris where they were doing the work. was super surprised that there is swimming pool on fourth floor!

Rooms weren't cleaned well

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located between the Dells and Devils Lake State Park. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. We will definitely be back.

Property under construction. Breakfast was a joke. Hallways smelled bad. Aged property. Wont stay again.
