Room was incredibly small. I have never experienced a room that small. Military barracks!

There no quality about our stay. The room had dirty walls, mirror was stained and overall the appearance was old. The lamp kept going off when we used the outlet. So frustrating.

Room clean and front desk staff were professional and courteous.

The carpet is dirty and smells. The AC unit and bathroom fan were very loud. The paint on the chair was peeling off. The staffs were nice. I wish the owner need to put more money back into the building to keep up the maintenance and upgrades.

This place was terrible, online description was totally different on the actual.

Great price w decent breakfast n confortable stay

Staff was very helpful, allowed me to checkout one hour late so I could finish my meeting.

Mold on the wall of the shower. Not good!!!

Bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was very uncomfortable due to the homeless coming in to help themselves to food. Seems as if this is allowed by management? I understand compassion but there should be a better way to give them food without allowing them to come in. Also there are people doing drugs openly in their cars in the parking lot. Will not stay here again.

Good nights stay for very reasonable prices, close to the freeway but quiet

There was no hotel clerk to check us in for 20 minutes. No one at the front desk for 20 minutes.

It would be nice if they have phone chargers or station somewhere in the lobby or inside the room. the chairs were old and the wall inside the bathroom are yucky.

Pool was clean but the property it’s self seemed haphazardly kept. Lots of gaps in moulding and crap paint jobs. The halls smelled like cat pee and musty apartment but the room was decent enough to sleep. The alarm clock face was extremely dirty, looked like someone wiped it down one time in the past but didn’t actually clean well, the corners were caked with debris. The shower had similar issues, clean but corners were caked with scum. The bed smelled like armpits; I think we had clean sheets but the mattress cover was unwashed. It just seemed like the house keepers move fast and do not care to pay attention to detail. This could have been an experience to not whine about, but those little things really grossed me out. Honestly I should have asked for a new room or to remake the bed but we were too exhausted to bother. Room stocked properly with soap/coffee/laundry bags. Breakfast lady was so kind and absolutely busted her buns. Guests kept stopping her mid-task and asking her questions, but she never once was annoyed. She was graceful and just so friendly that she alone made me hesitate to say anything about poor housekeeping.

The hotel for the price was good. Good choices for breakfast. The outdoor pool was great for the heatwave. The ice machine’s weren’t working, so that was a minus.

This hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly. There are a lot of people smoking outside which surprises me since it is suppose to be a smoke free hotel. The door going outside near the pool is very hard to open from the inside. Twice I had to use another exit because no matter how much I pushed in the handle it would not open which seems to be very unsafe if there were a fire.

Toilet had pee all over it. Head boards had something white all over them and tables were still dirty. Hot water pipes would start making a reallg liud noise and then water would get extremly hot

Staffing was excellent,free hot breakfast, shopping and dining walkable, quite. I stayed Friday and Saturday night had no issues. The room had coffee and tea ironing board iron everything you would need. There was some staining on the headboard and the room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke and some singed carpet by the desk. Not the hotels fault. Overall I would recommend quality inn and would stay there again.

Get rid of stained sheets and towles. Shampoo the carpet once in a while. Room smelt of mold and food.

Very old hotel and rooms are very tiny. I feel rooms are dusty because of old carpet.

Our stay was pleasant and as well as can be expected for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel smelled smoky everywhere though. You can see that there is effort to maintain the property but with that smell, I think they should start replacing the furniture and ensure that their smoking rules are not broken once installed. Food can be better too. The price was high IMO but it seems all hotels are expensive in the area.

The building was decent. Not fancy. I think there may be some folks living in the hotel long, not a big deal but be aware. I would stay again at this price or less.

Better than I expected. Yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s perfectly fine.

The location was good, easy access to restaurants, shopping and the freeway. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled like marijuana, and maintenance overall was not great. Peeling bathtub, no trim on exterior of room doors. Breakfast was so so. Lots of bread, pancakes, and waffles, but limited fruit (apples), and nothing like boiled eggs or yougart. There were ALOT of construction trucks in the parking lot and over the weekend the parking lot felt unsafe. Midweek it was fine. We stayed for 6 days and honestly if we had not prepaid and had other family members coming in that also booked there for a memorial nearby we would have gone elsewhere. Staff was nice and always available.
