Staff friendly, Facilities well used and not renovated for a long time, first room I got stank of cigarette smoke even though ’non smoking HOTEL’, breakfast ok but not excellent, garage exit totally idiotic almost certain to damage car, overall not a luxury feeling more 2-3 star than 4

Property right on public trail.

Our stay was just overnight, and the Ramada served its purpose. The staff, especially Nico, were great!

The Night manager/worker came to my room twice and told us to keep the noise down. The first time we comply and turn the music down, then he came to my room a second time he completely burst into the room telling us we were too loud after we turned down the music and lowered our voices. I sincerely apologize and ask what did I do wrong but he continued to be rude, treated my female friends rudely and planning to kick me out, telling me I won’t be getting a refund and treated to call the police.

The hotel is conveniently located near historical sites and Volksfest. At check-in identification wasn't verified which can cause security issues. Amenity locations and hours weren't given. For the hotels rate, parking should be included. The rooms are a work in progress, it's clearly an older hotel that they are trying to modernize and update. In my room the bathroom and foyer were fairly up to date but the room itself was dated with a mismatch of old furniture and lighting fixtures. The room didn't have many outlets available to a traveler and the WiFi required a ticket for login with a limit of three devices. The headboard was stained and the shower hose was fraying and leaking slightly. The hotel staff were friendly and polite.

situated in a green area with walking trails around. Parking was easy with wide spots. The room was well designed and cleaned daily by housekeeping. front desk was welcoming and efficient. Left my MacBook air by mistake when checking out and discovered this when i reached berlin. Front desk reached out to me and are mailing the item back to me in New York!. That's good service!!

We stopped over and stayed at Ramada in Nuremberg for just one night during a trip across Europe. The receptionist was extremely helpful and shared the latest Covid-19 restrictions valid in Bavaria with us. The room was spacious and - what we needed most - quiet. Cleanliness was perfect.

Hard to find and little choice poor value breakfast

The hotel is great. Clean and staffs are all nice. But just one thing I have to mention is that I had to pay for breakfast even though I booked a breakfast-inclusive plan... The staff at the hotel said all plans do not include the breakfast fee. I'm not sure if this is a mistake of Hotels.com or the hotel, but I hope this problem is fixed next time.

Nice hotel in a great location. The ice machine On the 2nd floor was invaluable as The daily temperature was high. The room was spacious and was cleaned to a very high standard each day. The reception staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel if you are in Nürnberg.

Nice room but although it was supposed to non-smoking, we could definiitely smell smoking. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff, front desk and at breakfast.

Good parking underneath the hotel. Safetybox in room. Close to the Documentation center. Hotel bar was great and the breakfast too. Very polite staff at reception. Everything was great.

It was just ok nothing special or recommendable. It was a little bit tricky to find the place especially if you are from a different country.

Ramada is a really nice hotel that I prefer when I travel to Nuremberg. It has a sauna and a pool which are really in good condition and mostly nobody is there.Breakfast is great and restaurant and breakfast staff are really nice. Location and rooms are really quiet although it is practically next to city.I have stayed in this hotel several times with my family, kids love the pool and breakfast too.

Airy foyer with sitting and coffee dock with bar. Rooms were very spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with everything to choose from and beautifully presented. Restaurant is intimate and cosy with delicious food and very attentive staff.

We went mainly to stay in a place that had AC and a pool. Everything was great! The staff is very nice and the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of items and the hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. There is a nice little fitness room but the wellness area (and pool) is fantastic!

Good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Location a little out of town but not too bad.

This is a lovely property about 25-30 minutes from the center by public transportation. It is located in a park-like setting near the remains of the Nazi-era parade grounds and monuments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice. The breakfast was excellent. And, the pool was most welcome after a day of touring. The price was appropriate.

For example, the attendant at the reception desk recognized that we had stayed with them before and told us "Welcome home". Also, the host in the breakfast room remembered us by name. One day during our first stay, we went downstairs for lunch, but the restaurant was closed. The bar attendant offered to make us burgers and fries from the menu. They were delicious! These are the little things that make you feel important and special. I highly reccommend staying here.

We chose this hotel because it is near train and bus stops with convenient access to downtown, and because breakfast was included with our stay. It was a very good breakfast buffet. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (We dined there many times during our stay). The staff is multi-lingual and very helpful. Since we were there at Christmas, they delivered a free gift plate of treats to us on the 24th. We will stay at this hotel again when we visit Nuremberg.
