This is a reliable place to stay. Safe, friendly, there is restaurants on location and very close by. It’s worth your money.

I asked for towels about 6 times at the front desk because we had more than 2 people in each room... I received 2 towels delivered to one of our rooms one time. After waiting over 24 hours, I finally went and found a worker who could help. This shouldn't be hard. If a room is reserved for 4 people, put 4 towels in the room BEFORE they arrive.

We impressed by the helpfulness and accommodation of staff during the check in and check out process. We had an enjoyable experience and found the location to be centrally located near many fantastic restaurants and eateries.

Room is always very clean when I arrive. Hotel workers are friendly and professional. Alejandra is a reliable and friendly front desk agent. Restaurant options nearby and a nice bar area. The pool is a popular place to visit at the hotel.

Even thought they were out of a king size room how i ha had booked. I got a double bed room and more spacious loved the stay and really fresh for the hot weather. Will be booking for the next trip.

Rooms are not the best but ok, swimming pool very tiny was packed no chance to go in it.

This hotel has a 4 story building with NO ELEVATOR. Guess where our room was...YES 4TH floor. It was 120 degrees outside and we had to haul our luggageup to our rooms in multiple trips.
THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE!!! I woke up with severe back pain that did allow me to walk straight throughout the whole day.
The only positives were the breakfast.
The pool was packed with people from outside the hotel. YES people from the neighborhood coming to fresh themselves in the Hotels pool. just random strangers.
Tiolet had a leak on the floor.

Everything was great except a weird odor that our room had maybe from the carpet. And also at the reception area it smell so bad. But overall the stay was very pleasant!

The beds were the most uncomfortable I had ever slept on.
Pillows hard as rock.

This hotel is well known in Mexicali and has good restaurants, is located close to other dining options and their staff is always friendly.

I was there for 3 days and 2 night. I had to move both nights because of malfunctions. First I got locked out of my room after they just went to fix the phone and tv because the phone wouldn’t work and tv had signal. Second night Got back from a family gathering and A/C not working had to walk across with suitcases and other stuff we had in room again to other side of parking lot. Both says happed when we left and I had to argue with girl in front and management to be able to get a different room. They wanted me to stay in room with no a/c until it hit fixed. They don’t believe me it wasn’t working. I come from Chicago to stay and we had to go thru trouble everyday we where there.
