It is okay to stay in this hotel. The room is clean but for 3days that I have stayed, there were policemen on one night and and on early in the morning. I don't know what is going on but I just felt unsafe. The staff are nice and friendly but I hope the receptionist will pay more attention to the guest. She was talking to someone on her ear phone. I find it very unprofessional especially that we have to wait for her for few minutes because she was not on the desk. Overall, again it was okay since it is affordable.

The picture doesn’t match the hotel. Missing tiles in in the hallways. Exterior doors are not locked and the breakfast was terrible. The chair in the room was very warm and the lining was ripped and visible. In addition the curtains had burn marks and was stained.

Horrible, they should have charged $50 as a deposit, they charged $208.11. They said they would refund it at checkout and instead of refunding it, they charged another $208.11. It took 3 days for them to refund the first amount after checkout, and almost 2 weeks for them to refund the second amount. Rude reception, Rude front desk, both at night and during the day. They didn't clean the room in the 2 days we were there, we had to ask to change rooms on the third day because they hadn't cleaned it. Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we checked in someone dropped food by the trash room in the hallway . Thought it would be cleaned up by house keeping. We checked out the next morning the food was just swept to the side. Just felt uncomfortable the rest of the night. Outdated furniture and old fridge but the Staff was friendly.

We cancelled the reservation by calling hotel 4 times because it was located in the wrong state. We searched hotels.com for Fairfield CT but were linked to a hotel in Fairfield NJ. The hotel kept 'dropping' our calls & made cancellation difficult.

Nothing worked properly no ice machine couldn’t even get clean towels. The refrigerator wasn’t working and we weren’t notified before we got the room already. There was no soaps in the bathroom and the front desk was not helpful someone was always on their phone and or not being attentive to when we had questions and concerns.

We understand that front office/desk is under renovation but doesn't mean that the hallways are all dirty including bathtubs. The doors that connect to the parking won't open from the outside with the card and the employees were not notified.

The most horrible experience in my life, flies, cockroaches, everything was so disgusting, reservations for two and towels for one person request 3 times more towels. I flew for a family reunion when I came back last night what a surprise cockroach on the bed , almost 1am to look for another hotel, I been in 1 star hotel which the service was 100% better. The hotel it’s in renovation which makes the hotel been very dusty. The bed, the mattress looks that they took from the trash. The bath tub was horrible disgusting. This hotel don’t deserve to have guests in this disgusting conditions I’m going to call to the city for the bugs

I found a bed bug: the toilet was clogged and the room. Had a foul stench. The walls were dirty and the bathroom had hairs. Worst experience ever.

The hotel is terrible. I was alone (female) didnt feel safe to open my window curtain on main floor. Walls so thin I heard the next-door rooms tv I heard the next-door rooms TV all night long. I was so over the next morning I packed up and just left and never looked back and took the loss of money Not worth it for another sleepless night in a hotel I didn’t feel safe

Air conditioning in room barely worked and there was none in the breakfast area.

Pur room was auful. It was filthy and one of the beds had no blanket. The inner door to the bathroom was broken. The towels smelled.
When I asked for a blanket, the worker suggested that we move a room. Good thing I checked it out before agreeing cause the second room smelled very bad. So we stayed in the original room.
Breakfast was horrible. There was no water or juice and when I wanted to take some tea a worker pushed me aside without a word.
The walls are very thin and the windows are not completely sealed. We could hear every sound from outside and inside the hotel. On the thord noght our neighbors left their tv on for so loud it sounded as if people are talking eight over my head. I complained but nothing was done about it, so we couldn't sleep the entire night.
Also, it doesn't say so anywhere but apparently the only way to get from the hotel to anywhere else is by a car or uber, so this horrible hotel ended up costing us much more than originally planned.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting, filthy, appalling from the parking lot, entrance, lobby, and rooms. I came from out of town and felt completely deceived by the advertising of this hotel. The property is beyond poorly maintained. The lobby and room reeked of cigarette smoke. I was afraid to put my things down in the room, let alone sleep on the bed. The bathroom and tub was full of mold. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How could you rent these rooms? The guests demographics was scary and made me feel unsafe. This hotel should be demolished or removed from the internet advertising. I want a refund because I did not even stay past an hour in the room. I left and felt afraid to ask for a refund bc the receptionist was very scary and beyond rude. DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Garbage, the most useless staff on the planet, 3 days without clean sheets could only take I'll have fresh towels sent up for the first 2 days until I had to retrieve them myself. My wife said you get what you pay for and that was a crock of bull, wasn't worth a quarter of what I paid.

Had issues with the keys. First getting into the building on more than one occasion as well as the ability to use the room key to get into the pool, the key never worked. The rug in the hallway needs cleaning. The bathtub kept getting backed up.

Very Clean, family friendly. Our stay was just one night. We drove from Maryland going to NY and this stay in NJ was one of the best deal for two rooms, 5 adults and two minors. I selected this stay based on other reviews.

Let's start this off by saying we are by no means luxury travellers. We tend to find lower end range rooms so we're accustom to fairly lower end hotels.
We stayed here for one night while on our way back home from a NYC trip. This hotel has a great price point and offers breakfast which is always a bonus. Breakfast was great, typical continental breakfast. The lady at the front desk seemed to be handling her fair share of complaints or issues so I felt for her.
Upon check in it seemed our room may have been given to someone else so we got placed in a different one. No problem.
But here's where things get a maybe a little less pretty... the room was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, the rest is carpet so who knows, I wasn't goint to put my face close enough to inspect it. The toilet ran every few minutes and the bathtub looked pretty dirty. Now all these things I would generally overlook for a great rate because honestly I'm not all that picky. What really got me here is the bathtub itself, when I stepped in to take a shower, the bottom had water underneath the lining. So I was basically stepping on a waterbed, you could feel and hear the water move around as you moved your feet. When I got out of that shower feeling dizzy from the wave pool I did something I've never actually done before. I plugged in the iron and used it to check for bed bugs. Luckily it was clear but be aware of what your going into in order to avoid disappointment

Awful. Room keys didn't work. Tv didn't work. No security . Staff gave no information and mocked me as i asked for working room key the 5th time. Some seem to be living there. Dark hallways with flickering lights seem to be scene from horror movie. No reason to stay here.
