Dirt on the bedroom floor upon arrival. Smelly corridor.

The room was okay, the hotel was a bit run down, the side entrances did not work, and the lobby bathroom was not accessible. The room we stayed in had trouble with the shower, but eventually got it working. However, after my wife showered, we found that the electrical outlet near the vanity did not work and was flashing “replace if flashing”. Therefore she could not use the blow dryer mounted to the wall to dry her hair. The vanity sink did not drain and stayed full overnight and into the next morning (arrived back late to find this). We informed the front desk in the morning as we were only staying overnight, and spoke with a very helpful lady named Janet she wanted to help with a partial refund, but could not as we booked through hotels.com. She advised to have hotels reach out to her directly and she would credit us back a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Check in person was rude, carpet Al over the hotel hall war deteriorated, marihuana smell over the hotel. They over charge me 100 dollars after check in for early check in.

Really disappointing for what I paid. Soiled towels in the bathroom as well as one of the comforters on the bed. Pretty disgusting. People working behind the desk not very friendly and welcoming.

Computers were down, so we couldn't check in on time. It was like 40 min wait. One receptionist was super nice, and the other was ignorant. The elevator smelled like mildew, our room door was broken and had to make sure it was actually shut and locked, the comforters were both dirty and stained, and the ice machine had mold all over over it.

It was a decent stay. They need a few upgrades like somewhere to hang your wash clothes and maybe upgrade the ice machine. But other than that it was cool.

Continental breakfast didn't have enough food and when they ran out the service didn't provide more. No plates cups and food at 8 am both days.

There was a lot of noise in the hallways throughout the night, so much so it woke us up and we had to turn on extra fans and cover our heads with pillows. The hallways smelled heavily of drugs, and the continental breakfast was out of waffle batter. Not our best stay.

We were happy with our visit. The front desk girls were so sweet and greeted us right when we came through the door. The only thing i didnt care fot was how loud the toilets were when flushing but other then that we enjoyed our stayed

The pictures do not match the hotel. You are in an unsavory neighborhood and the hotel is very very very old. The toilets are extremely loud when flushed. The towels smell funny and unclean. We received notice the water would be cut off for 2 days between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. The ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. The only positive, close to major highway and amenities like food locations.

There was a bit more police action here than we are accustomed to. The breakfast was mediocre with no change over a stay of several nights. A staff person accosted one in our party who was trying to work downstairs for money for the vending machine. The vibe of this place was not good.

Highly dont recommend this hotel. We walked down to the pool then was rudely told we needed pool passes so we walked back in to get pool passes the front desk lady said they was 5 dollars a piece so we decided not to spend the money that day. The next day we asked the front desk again and they said it was included with the stay. Moral of the story is they tried to scam us. Also for some odd reason they have a life guard by the pool that is the most miserable and rudest person on the property she doesnt want to be there and she lets it be known

The only thing I had problems with was the tv that would not operate accurately I was very upset for spending over $500 and couldn’t view any program during my entire 4 day stay. My family of 4 stayed down the hall and they also said the cable tv there was trash and they had 2 teens with them

This was a nice place to stay. It is located at a super busy location if arriving during peak traffic times, so adjust accordingly to turn in. Folks might not let you in! I had to go up and turn around to turn in. The staff was very nice. Rooms were nice. The kids enjoyed the breakfast. Only complaint about the breakfast was there was no milk available for their cereal (according to them) both mornings.
