I just needed somewhere to rest for a reasonable price. But it was horrible the beds were uncomfortable they speak everytime you moved also they allowed smoking so the room smelled of old smoke. The bathroom sink also linked everytime you used it. Overall not worth it that is what i get to be cheap.

I had to ask for a refund as I did not feel safe. A man followed me into the elevator and up to my room. Her verbally harassed me and threatened me. When the tried to move my room because I didn't feel safe that he knew where I was staying, the room reeked of smoke. I couldn't stay another minute as the whole event left me very shaken.

Hotel nice and updated inside and out. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator worked but sounded like you might die in it (loud bangs and squeaks). Coffee offered in room but not in lobby. Could have used one more pillow and the mattress was very firm. Could have used a garbage can in bathroom. I think this was a hotel that offered smoking rooms but strong smell of Marijuana was distasteful.

Our room was disgusting. So much so that we didn't end up staying. We booked an Airbnb because we couldn't imagine using the shower that was caked in black dirt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The bed had loose hair on it, and from sitting on the corner felt like a piece of cardboard. The whole hotel also reeks of smoke. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.

It was filthy and had roaches and bedbugs. It’s like housekeeping didn’t exist there. It also smelled like cigarettes in every room we were moved to. I didn’t even stay there

checked in and went into my room went into the bathroom and slipped because there was a cleaner or something sprayed all over the floor that was never wiped up. I called the front desk and asked if they could have someone come up and just clean it up and I was informed that housekeeping left for the day so they switched my room. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room however it smells like an ashtray I’ve checked out and my luggage when I opened it smells like it was sitting in a bar, everything smells like smoke . The new room that they put me in had a leaking toilet water all over the floor. The blow dryer did not work and the noise was so awful both nights that I stayed there. I was woken up after 11 PM with people screaming and carrying on.. finally went to check out in the morning and learned that my card been hit in the parking lot with expensive damage to the front grill and bumper had to file a police report and did not get much cooperation from the front desk when asking about their security cameras. i’ve never stated a red roof in before and I never will again this was truly the most horrific hotel stay I’ve ever encountered.

Horrible! Substance abuse in the property. It was horrible!

It’s cheap for a reason. My bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the shower drain didn’t work. There was a ratty RV out back that looked like it’s used for cooking meth. Barking dogs in other rooms, lots of struggling folks using it for extended stays. But it’s cheap and a good location.
