Elevators didnt work jet tub didint work tv was messed up and there was no hot water

Front desk staff is available and very polite. I wanted to check-in early and they were very helpful getting me checked-in early for a small fee of $35.

I never write reviews but I personally would not recommend this location. Motel 6 is way more solid.
Couldn’t check-in 15 minutes early.
WiFi was absolutely useless.
Tv wasn’t even plugged in and couldn’t make it work.
Some light fixtures didn’t work.

All of the staff that I spoke to were super friendly. Oscar served up eggs, potatoes and waffles for breakfast whilst his lovely assistant greeted guests who mostly ignored her. The waterfall feature and the swimming pool definitely added to the overall ambience. My room was clean and the bed could have comfortably slept 4 or 5 people. There was a working microwave and a bar fridge in the room. The place even smelt good, so I was kind of surprised at the hotel's reviews until I realised there was no hot water. The phone didn't work either but I didn't complain because I didn't want to end up in another room that might have had worse problems. The room was quiet and the location was safe (whether you feel safe or not is relative to your fears). I walked to and from the airport as well as to the beach and Inglewood. Cheapest actual hotel near LAX and it also comes with breakfast. I would definitely stay there again even though it has a few maintenance issues.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. At first the TV did not work. Room did not have a pleasant odor (AC). Asked if I could get another room. I was informed that other rooms not available at the time. Plus, all these extra (pending) charges on my credit card. Especially after I paid in advance.

The room was very dingy and old. The bathroom needed a good scouring. There were also a number of roaches. The staff and breakfast were pleasant, but the icky room outweighed the good.

The location, parking and breakfast make up for everything else that one may not like or care for. The breakfast buffet was really great and my kids enjoyed it.

We were very disappointed. The location was convenient and we have had good experiences with Ramada in the past. This property, however, was unclean, rundown, and in general disrepair. Carpets were old and stained, the room was sparsely furnished, and the air conditioner was so loud, we had to turn it off (after trying to reduce the vibration by moving a bedside table against it).

Everything about that hotel is old and dirty looking; furniture in the lobby and rooms, old and dirty looking. In the room, we had to kill three roaches and found 2 dead roaches. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We left before check-out because we got little to none sleep thinking about a roach crawling on the bed....

The bathroom had mold in the tiles, the lobby was and entrance was dirty. The carpet was old with holes in it. The TV disconnected from the internet and would not reconnect. The room smelled like ciggaretes. The elevator is on its last leg.

It was very load from the traffic. The condition of our room was bad. The room smelled bad when we walked in. No remote to the TV. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The entrance door was hard to get open. The breakfast was not very good!

Not super clean.(Hair in tub, gross behind bedside tables, no rhyme or reason to when they clean the room - only once for me and I was there 3 days.)
Hotel a bit Run down. Pool looked nice. Elevators were great. Breakfast was good to have but should have access to coffee later than 9:30am.

The hotel seems to be old, you would expect from a hotel with this name, the beds were not well made, it was noisy and lots of light were going through the curtains.
Although breakfast is ok, the area doesn't look comfy, hotel has lack of that feeling of being comfortable, nice, calm etc.

Homeless lady in front of hotel. Sliding front doors didnt work. Place was noisy with some sort of construction in pool area. Room smelled bad I had to spray my own air freshner. Bathroom was dirty. I only stayed one night for a concert. Same homless lady was in the lobby when i returned from the conert later. Cars driving by very loud while i was trying to sleep
Overall bad place to stay. Save your money dont book this place. No ice machine either

The hotel building is old. The room smells and the bedding smells not clean. The AC runs loudly. The bathroom equipment is grandpa age. No shampoo. Then try to call the service desk. Found out the dial phone was dead no signal. Went downstairs the front desk asking for shampoo. The staff searched the whole basket didn't find any. Said run out of shampoo but i can give you some bodywash and soap bar.
The hotel is very close to LAX and you can hear the loud noise of airplane take off every other minute.

It honestly looked a lot different than the pictures posted on Expedia. The shower was literally next to the bed and there were stains on the sheets and literal hay under the bed. The room was just kind of gross in general, weird smells too. Super sketchy area, elevator was janky. Glad I only stayed one night…

Unsafe due to the major blind spot when exiting the property onto a busy street. The shower/tub is in the room vs. the bathroom itself and is not easily accessible if you have disabilties. Toilet is also very low and not disability friendly. Elevator rides were scary. Only 1 ice machine located on the 4th floor. Parking garage is tricky to manuever in if your vehicle is larger than a compact.

Fire alarm woke us up at 4am and were greeted by police with gun drawn due to dangerous subject in the hotel running around with a weapon . Needless to say, we were unable to sleep after and had an early flight.

Staff was not only so professional, also, so polite and very friendly open for most of my requests. The only problem I had leaking situation on ceiling falling water on the top of the toilet 🚽 on the second day, got worse and I requested to be place to a different room, which was done, but, I don’t know if I might get any possible solution or refund.

Our first room was hot, smelled really bad, like mild dew, no air working. Asked for new room, not better other then the air worked. Very ghetto, felt like a run down apartment complex. Pay the extra this is not worth $165 a night, wife wanted to sleep in the car, did not feel.safe

Rooms definitely need upgrades and the Ac units we so old room was stinky. Bed was spring mattress not comfy. Window on 3rd floor was unlocked and anyonw could jump off of they wanted to lol Now the good stuff water was nice and warm, good big mini fridge, microwave worked great, TV good size room was big but smalle bed.
