I would definitely stay again!!!

Cleanliness pretty good. Something just need and an update or more modern look.

The room was smelly, like humidity. The good thing is that is relative close to aerport but they dont have a shuttle service, enven tough their web page says they do. For what I got it's high price, so - so cuality

The bathroom had mold in the tiles, the lobby was and entrance was dirty. The carpet was old with holes in it. The TV disconnected from the internet and would not reconnect. The room smelled like ciggaretes. The elevator is on its last leg.

Terrible. Very dirty and nothing works

It was very load from the traffic. The condition of our room was bad. The room smelled bad when we walked in. No remote to the TV. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The entrance door was hard to get open. The breakfast was not very good!

Not super clean.(Hair in tub, gross behind bedside tables, no rhyme or reason to when they clean the room - only once for me and I was there 3 days.) Hotel a bit Run down. Pool looked nice. Elevators were great. Breakfast was good to have but should have access to coffee later than 9:30am. Parking spaces were INSANELY narrow.

The hotel seems to be old, you would expect from a hotel with this name, the beds were not well made, it was noisy and lots of light were going through the curtains. Although breakfast is ok, the area doesn't look comfy, hotel has lack of that feeling of being comfortable, nice, calm etc.

Homeless lady in front of hotel. Sliding front doors didnt work. Place was noisy with some sort of construction in pool area. Room smelled bad I had to spray my own air freshner. Bathroom was dirty. I only stayed one night for a concert. Same homless lady was in the lobby when i returned from the conert later. Cars driving by very loud while i was trying to sleep Overall bad place to stay. Save your money dont book this place. No ice machine either

The hotel building is old. The room smells and the bedding smells not clean. The AC runs loudly. The bathroom equipment is grandpa age. No shampoo. Then try to call the service desk. Found out the dial phone was dead no signal. Went downstairs the front desk asking for shampoo. The staff searched the whole basket didn't find any. Said run out of shampoo but i can give you some bodywash and soap bar. The hotel is very close to LAX and you can hear the loud noise of airplane take off every other minute.

Hotel couldn't even check me in after waiting for 30 minutes, hotel was fairly run down, the room was organized and clean (as it can be) but it was just super worn out and run down

The exact kind of people you don't want working at your place.

Unsafe due to the major blind spot when exiting the property onto a busy street. The shower/tub is in the room vs. the bathroom itself and is not easily accessible if you have disabilties. Toilet is also very low and not disability friendly. Elevator rides were scary. Only 1 ice machine located on the 4th floor. Parking garage is tricky to manuever in if your vehicle is larger than a compact.

Our first room was hot, smelled really bad, like mild dew, no air working. Asked for new room, not better other then the air worked. Very ghetto, felt like a run down apartment complex. Pay the extra this is not worth $165 a night, wife wanted to sleep in the car, did not feel.safe

Priced right and my room was quiet. Not much around the hotel and not for walking.

We came to a festival , and was looking for a decent hotel and it was close to sofi stadium, and the pictures online seem nice( rooms were not at all as nice as the pictures) seen some reviews I read were not the greatest, but comfort was good, still took a chance. Check in was good, front desk seem new, Parking was open, enough parking spaces , didn’t look taken care of, our room was on the same floor as the pool, was excited about that, room was decent, bed was comfortable, carpet looked dirty, bathroom tiles in the shower had black around them, floor tiles were cracked, security lock did not work , breakfast in the morning was ok. Went for a swim Saturday afternoon, asked the front desk if they have pool towels, they said the pool area should have some, the pool area had no where for towel, mold on some areas of the side pool, floor area seemed dirty , a family that was there were staying longer and their daughter had left her eyelashes there from three days prior and were still on the floor , not swept or cleaned.overall hotel is outdated

The hotel stated it was non smoking but that’s all you smelled during the whole stay. The room was very outdated the carpet looked and smelled dirty, the restroom has tile the was in bad condition the ceiling had water spots and the room was humid. I was not able to open a window and was poorly lit. No modern amenities. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

Many things not working. I like the computer the gym. It just seems a bit broken down.

All in all I had a pretty good stay, the only problem was that when I got to the room, there was no toilet tissue, so I went out and bought my own, the next day, the maid put some toilet tissue on the rack, and I never could get the WiFi to work

When I had initially had called him about the restaurant accommodations, they said at first that the place was under new management and they were not having any type of restaurant services at that particular time later down the line when I’ve originally arrived there I had asked them about the restaurant accommodations and they said the only thing they were able to provide based on because the new management was breakfast or a continental breakfast Which consist of scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, orange juice, and then later on that they didn’t have any coffee but then later down the line eventually got a coffee machine we will they serve coffee in the restaurant downstairs but outside of that when I originally arrived. They suggest that there was a Denny’s restaurant in case I wanted to have any type of dinner that was down the road about two blocks away 2 to 3 blocks but outside of that it was OK but I was really thriving to have a full service of dining room services for breakfast and lunch or dinner anything of that nature, but I said it was OK , it helped me out a lot and as far as, personalities and things like that, they were overwhelmed and providing the essentials for accommodations if I need to find out anything or Information and I deeply appreciate it thank you so much

Great location for our needs, felt safe walking nearby. Restaurant now closed. Our suite was large, pool area fine, landscaping nice. Check in easy. Not to far from beach.

Bathroom had hairs on the floor, mattress was to hard to sleep on

in front desk they explain me, they were suffering a changes with the owner. The room was terrible, old, old old. Very unconfortable. Not water to drink, not water to sell. Towels and bed sheets very used and old.

Hotel needs an update.

While the price was low...we were surprised at the poor condition of the property. Hopefuthis feedback will help the nee owners (per tge sign posted on the property). We could imagine how nice it probably was in its prime. Walls had patches, elevator grungy, tub had rust, patches and loose fixtures. No shade on one of the lamps. The carpet was probably not cleaned in a long time and felt dirty. The very small tv didn’t even have a signal. Staff were nice, but not super customer service oriented. Sad to say that when we accidentally stopped on the 1st flor to get to parking, we saw a rat run down the hall. I'm not afraid of them and thankfully the front desk person was thankful i told him so they can deal with it. Glad to have a cheap, quick and convenient place to stay before an early flight.
