Bad pillows and blankets. Very inconvenient to sleep. Cleaning service did not bring new towels or toilet paper.

A super comfortable stay! The staff was so kind and easy going. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the convenience and the shopping centre that was across the hotel. There were food options around the area too. Something small I didn’t like: I didn’t like that the elevator smelled like smoke

The hotel was fine; the front desk staff (Brooke) was very polite and helpful. The only downside of this hotel (WHICH COULD BE SO EASILY RESOLVED BY THE MANAGER) was that there was a smoking area just to the left of the main front entrance (less than 10 feet away) and that really was in need of a high pressure wash and maybe move the bench much further away from the entrance (out in the far edge of the Parking Lot would be good)... it just smelled so stale and smoke was drifting all over the area. Thanks for listening.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally nice and pleasant from the front desk to cleaning staff. The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. I think the bathroom has been updated recently. Rooms have everything you would need...fridge, microwave, keurig, soaps, etc. The cleaning staff didn’t make a lot of noise in the am. The parking was good. There is parking in the front of the hotel and at the back. I never had trouble finding a spot. There is one elevator. But the hotel isn't very big. So, I was never waiting a long time. At the most, a few minutes. The hotel is in a good location. The Upper Canada Mall is right across from the hotel. There are many restaurants, stores, grocery stores within walking distance. I felt the area was safe and I never worried. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I did not eat there but this would be a convenient option for people. When booking the room, I filled out a request/question. A staff member replied quickly. I will definitely stay here again. Also, I will be recommending this to friends.

The only issue was the fact that when we went to the fourth floor to our room the key did not work. Had to go back to front desk where they acknowledged that information regarding our check in date was entered wrong

I had a very comfortable and pleasing stay at the Newmarket location on Davis Drive. The staff are to be commended for their courteous manners and kindness. I will visit again for sure!

Pros: -close to our event venue -fridge and microwave in room -free bottled water -makeup mirror -parking in front of room Cons: -room smelled like smoke -bathroom fan connected to light so could not have light on and fan off. Super loud -noisy - could hear street noise -room was a bit dated

Lovely polite and helpful front desk staff!

Staff was nice but they were to notify us when the room was ready and they did not. We had to go back down to the desk and they said oh they forgot.... And it had only been 2 hours earlier... We were waiting to check in cuz we needed to get ready for a wedding. So that Kind of hard to believe. Also the elevator got stuck with some people in it and we were very glad it wasn't us..... We had the king room suite which was very clean.. probably could use some updating but overall we were pleased with it.
