Our desk attendant greeted us with a smile! Room was clean and tidy ready for us when we arrived! The Welcome Cookies were a delicious surprise!

Asked for towels and said they would be sent to room. When we returned in evening they were not there. Ironically manager was on floor in next room and brought towels immediately. At breakfast there were no forks available for Saturday and Sunday. Hot food was not hot.

Only a small fridge, no microwave
The worse part was lack of decent window coverings.
Thin white see through pull down blinds
Too much lignt coming in at night and early mornings.

It was great for a last-minute booking loved the restaurant downstairs. The food was really delicious and the waitress very kind. When we arrived, we were told that our room would be ready for early check-in, unfortunately it was not. We had to wait about an hour, but we were able to wait in the seating area until it was ready. The best thing is they are pet friendly and it was very clean considering there were pets there so that’s a super bonus!

This stay was booked for myself and 3 girlfriends for after a concert. The morning of the trip, I received a text message indicating that the hotel had a pipe burst and I could cancel or take a 25% cost refund. Since there would likely be nowhere else to stay at such a last-minute notice, we decided to stick it out. The room was a veritable SAUNA. We kept the bathroom fan on for some kind of air movement, the windows didn't open at all, and we were all miserable trying to sleep.
To make matters worse, they charged me the full price and I had to chase down the reduced price with easily nearly an hour on the phone.

The front desk person at check in wasn't very friendly and did not offer any information about breakfast or any amenities offered. Also apparently they were having issues with the air conditioning. It was very hot in the lobby. The breakfast was good.

Expedia was at fault because the hotel did not have AC and I didnt get a call until an hour after we tried checking in. When trying to check in the hotel still wanted us to stay in a no AC room and said we would not get refunded. After talking to a manager he was able to help move us to the other side of the hotel that had AC. We got lucky because if we checked in at a later time most likely we wouldn't of had a room with AC. They have complimentary coffee in lobby but it was either empty or only decaf. Wasn’t used to staying at a hotel that was like this.

Booked a suite room and room was clean and very large. Impressed. Only negative regarding staff was at check in they tried to charge full amount to credit card instead of using it as a guarantee for incidentals when I stated I prepaid via paypal on expedia upon arrival.

Not a great Hampton Inn. The standards were way below other Hampton's. The room was dated, the side table had something sticky on it (not cleaned properly), the bedside lamp wasn't working, the shampoo & shower gel bottles were empty and the bathroom was only surface cleaned. The corners had dirt in them, the show had pink mold in the corners so had not been properly cleaned. The elevator was disgusting inside finger marks and smelly. Really disappointing for the price. I'll give this place a miss in the future.

Really, what about new guests...the next morning the coffee dispenser (both) was out of coffee. I mentioned something to the girl at the desk. She seemed annoyed that I was bothering her. NOT a guest focused staff. disappointing to say the least

Got locked out of my room twice due to key cards not working. Had to get new keys each time. First time they told me they didn’t have my reservation on file after having been staying there for days. Turns out they put my name incorrectly when checking me in. Then after four days with no room service I ask the front desk and was told they were supposed to tell me at check in that you have to ask for room service & they don’t just offer it daily.

Perfect location for my need. Checking in was sketchy, issues with reading the cc - knew to watch my statement for duplicate charges & sure enough my cc was charged 3x’s. Hotel did refund without my having to call!

Terrible. We were given key cards to FOUR different rooms at 11pm at night after checking in, each room had a sleeping guest in it!!! It was Awful. There were 5 drunk adults, one female who urinated herself in the elevator and covered the floor. My husband got so angry we left. Expedia refunded my money but the hotel was beyond awful.
