Very dirty and unsafe. Beds broken and not enough room, unsafe area of town. Cigarette smell. Very unhappy and checked out early due to this.

To put it simply, do not, under any circumstances, stay here! It’s incredibly dirty, uncomfortable, and unfriendly, with everything in the room broken and in the worst condition possible. The owner of this motel clearly has no business sense. It’s hard to believe they’re actually charging guests for such a dreadful place. Having frequently stayed at Days Inn in other states with positive experiences, I trusted this one too, but it was shockingly terrible beyond words.

This location was very central for my visit. I could get everywhere I needed in a small amount of time. And had enough food choices for my friends and I to choose from without repeating.

The room looked nothing like what we saw online, usually pictures would be be near enough. I had kids with me, the room did not smell fresh, it was more of a mouldy or funky smell. The staff I met initially and after was friendly and had great customer service. However, I had to leave immediately because it was not conducive to our respiratory conditions- there was alot of cigarette and cannabis scents and cigarette stubs were all around. We did not get a refund, lost my money but such is life. God will provide The plus is that, they allowed us to ship our things bought online prior to coming but we just couldn't stay. They also conveniently located to fast food restaurants etc.

Not worth $100 a night. Spend an extra $20 and go somewhere else.

Read good reviews but the room I was in was really old, the bathroom had rust everywhere, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the shower head was falling apart. The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable/ hard. I figured it would have been a nice hotel since it's a Wyndham hotel and I'm a Wyndham owner.

The curtains had holes in them, the room smelled like smoke, there was spiders and flies everywhere, broken drawers. It was okay, staff was friendly, area isn’t the best but it has a lot of food and shopping centers sorrounding,

Even if it's the last room available in the universe, sleep in your car. And Expedia was no help when we needed to check out early.

This hotel would be a "last resort option" if we were to ever stay here again. The front desk attendant at check-in was great and super friendly which is why the score for service is a 3. There was a large sign that said a $150 deposit (cash or check) was required but we didn't receive any verbal information about this policy and it created confusion at check out when the morning attendant asked if we paid cash for the deposit and I informed her that I wasnt aware of paying any form of deposit. Now I am watching my credit card statements like a hawk. We got two rooms, one for me and my husband and one for my parents. Upon entering the rooms we were happy to see that the rooms we not carpeted but the walls, door, and furniture were dingy, dented, banged up and overall in bad condition. Both entry doors had horrible seals and we could see full daylight around the edge of both doors. The toilet in our bathroom leaned towards the left and didn't sit flat while the toilet in my parents room wiggled and felt like it was going to fall over when being used. Turns out, that toilet was missing a bolt and all of the caulking was cracked and the toilet was separated from the floor. The bathroom caulk in our bathroom was visibly cracking. Additionally, I had to assist my parents with turning on their TV because the 2 remotes in their room didn't turn their TV on and off and didn't control the volume. I had to manually adjust the TV for them using the single button on the back of the TV.

We booked room because we were attending concert on Saturday night and anothet show on Sunday. It was conveinant for both events. The room was super clean. The hotel was quiet we didnt return until 12:30 pm. The coffee in lobby next morning was fantastic. The Gentleman that checked us in was super nice and thw Lady that we checked out with was nice also. I would rwcommend this place for sure!

Upon checking in my credit card details were held by a staff member which I found odd. We had neighbors partying all night so the noise was uncomfortable. The clothing iron also didn’t work.

There was food left behind and didn’t seem like our room got cleaned very well. It was old and had a funky smell I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower because it looked gross and I didn’t make coffee in the morning because all the other gross things I found. The beds weren’t clean, they had spots on them and hair in the bed. The tv worked but had a distorted picture throughout. The fridge was very loud and seemed as if it were about to die. There was only 2 extra outlets available to use and were so old they wouldn’t hold anything in them. I had me, my wife, and our 3 kids and 15 minutes after getting there to turn in for the night we had a noise complaint. They wernt being loud there we’re just talking and walking around getting ready for bed but we were also put on the top floor. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

In need of upgrades all through out! Bedding stained, floors dirty, hole in flooring, bathroom facilities stained/aged, booked room for 5 people and got a room with 2 double beds.

even though the room was in the furthest building from the main road, the endless loud cars and trucks was relentless. and then there was the squawking baby next door with the paper thin walls. thankfully I was prepared with my youtube brown noise and speaker to drown out all the noise

Okay for the price, very convenient location with good access to Federal Way and I -5. Major problem was the absence of any hooks in any room, including the bathroom and very slow sink drain.

Not worth the money. Needs remodel and cleaned up but that would double rates.

Gave 2 stars for Bed. Not well maintained

It is a budget hotel for sure. Not the best area. But the staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. There is a bunch of food options across the street. Housekeeping didnt knock on my door and wake me up. The room keys always worked. It was half the price of a nicer hotel, and for a single man on a business trip, I was happy ans would stay there again.

When we entered the room it had a very strong unpleasant smell to it. Also the floors weren't swept well and someone had dropped medication on the floor. We had to pick it up and dispose of it as we had two children with us and didn't want them getting a hold of it. We walked around the room in our shoes the whole time we were there. Also the table in the room was dirty and the walls near the bathroom area had massive chipping and gashes. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. We had two queen beds but one of the beds only had these small pillows, when we requested another big pillow from the front desk the gentlemen said he couldn't help me. I'd have to wait until the next day and get one from housekeeping. Hello, we were only there one night.

About what you’d expect for the price. Was clean but definitely needs some repairs, shower was falling apart with no pressure and the rooms have the 80s smoke smell. Staff was decent and the area is convenient right off the highway with food and stores around. “Breakfast” was a to go sack of microwave food that wasn’t worth eating. Overall served the purpose.

I booked a room with two queen beds for five adults, but they turned out to be two full size beds & it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that & the place being a little outdated, it was fine. Price & location were definitely good.

The motel was ok. It was a clean place to stay and what we needed for the night. Just very outdated. The area outside didn’t feel safe. Pretty sure people were renting rooms by the month. Not the motels fault though

Staff they don’t give me enough time to check out and also it was noisy at night unsafe there is a lot of people making noise thank you
