Rundown, step up from a homeless camp

Everything was fine except the pillows, they are small, hard and flat, no way to get a good nights sleep. We had stiff necks in the morning.

The rooms were clean, the receptionist was nice, the pool was super fun and the hot tub was relaxing.

This is a gem in the Vancouver WA heart. The room was roomy and sparkling clean ( I appreciated that) the bathroom had a bathtub white with white towels, everything looked nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast wad filled with many choices even gf bread, eggs, yogurt (all kinds fat free, sugar free, and lactose free) waffles station, coffee and drinks station, bread station and dairy station. They keep the breakfast area super clean and organized. The customer service desk has a little area with all basic necessities items like analgesics and anti allergens and cleaning supplies. The pool area and gym was organized clean and with a good supply of clean towels at all the times. I would recommend to increase few degrees to the pool, but, that is just a personal preference, seems like my kids didn’t mind at all. What I enjoyed having it was the coffee area 24 /7 in the lobby with a wide variety of teas, drink infused water, and coffees. I spent 5 days and I’m very pleased with the customer service. It was a great experience overall.

After my house burnt down the staff was extremely helpful and kind

The desk clerk was trying to check someone else out, but they were actually trying to check in. When she checked me in, she kept saying she was sorry. It took more than 20 minutes to check me in. I was very pleasant and trying to be supportive because she seemed new to the position. I went as far as offering a hug, which she accepted. When I finally got a key, it did not work. A male guest from just down the hall was intoxicated, yelling and stumbling, hitting the wall. I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to other floor on the opposite side of the hotel. The desk clerk said she would call the police, but instead went to talk to the guest. I was moved to the other floor, but on the same side. The key did not work again (I had stayed here before and know how they work). By that time, I was so frustrated, I said I didn't want to stay because I felt unsafe and requested a refund. She was on the phone talking with her manager. When I called from another hotel, she said I would receive benefits for another stay (I'm a Choice member), but never did. Ultimately, I was charged for a one night stay. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This is a nice property. The staff was very nice and professional and everything was very clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and had all of the amenities needed for a brief stay. The price was a bit higher than I typically pay during my visits to Vancouver but I think there was high demand in the area for some reason as this was still in line with other properties I explored. Overall it was good and I would stay again.

Property was good more expensive then I feel it should have been since it appears they are remodeling.

Early check, all the staff were so helpful and kind. We got lots of use out of the gym and pool, which were very clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were quick to refill things and clean things up. Will definitely stay again

The staff was kind and friendly. The light bulb in a lamp needs replacing and the door molding needs fixing. The metal piece sticking out of the door molding could be a safety issue. The housekeeping staff were fantastic Breakfast was good, but could be improved with more tea options. I think there was a LOT of chlorine in the spa

Spacious clean room, shower water pressure low, TV needed a code to operate, otherwise convenient check in and location!! Will stay there again on our next visit!

Room is clean and comfortable. Microwave supplied, which apparently is not a “standard” for some hotels now.

The only thing I have to complain about would be the fishing pond in the parking lot. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay I would recommend it to my friends and family

I stayed with my daughter and husband. As we were we’re getting her ready for bed we pulled the blanket back and found small amount of blood on the sheets. Small but obvious. There was feces in the toilet and you can see the spots on the light switches where they miss when they clean… very obvious. They did switch us rooms, still not very clean but at least no blood. They barley offered the new room nothing else for our trouble or for putting us in an uncleared room. Would not recommend ever!

Only suggestion. Start changing out sofa beds. There getting old looking
