The entrance door to the hotel was broken, we had to open it manually throughout our stay.

Hotel was very good and a short walk from the rail and bus station. Staff were extremely helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was great with a variety of offerings.
The only unusual thing was the shower that sprays water around the bathroom because there is nothing to block the spray. Don't put anything in there that could get wet !

Hotel is in a good location and the old town is within walking distance. There are also some good restaurants around.
The service was great and the staff friendly. Room is a bit on the smaller side compared to other ibis styles but still good. It was clean, but the carpet had many stains - should be cleaned. The overall condition was still acceptable.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. The staff were very friendly. We had to leave quite early for the airport and they called us a taxi and went out of their way to get us some juice and croissants before we went despite breakfast not starting for another 2 hours. The room was a little on the small side but was clean and tidy so can’t complain. I would stay again for sure.

It was an amazing stay! Breakfest is rich in addition friendly and attentive staff! it was a pleasant night on the way to Saint Malo. The hotel is right next to the train station, this helps a lot.

we could not sleep,
1.the air-conditioning makes a lot noises. and the worse is the ventilation system, it makes irregular noise in every a couple minutes. we asked to change the room at middle night. You know what, the same problem with the second room, we just gave up
2. when someone closed his door, the window is shaking in the room. we left the hotel at 7, as we could sleep at all ,and we met some other guests at the check-out. actually they complain about the same issue. It means not only we feel the noise is too terrible.

We found it to be an excellent location,in walking distance to various museums and places of interest,a 2 minute walk to Metro,Mainline and Bus station.The overall experience of the hotel was excellent.Staff were helpful,polite and professional without exception.I intend to return to Rennes and would use this hotel again.

Located adjacent to the Rennes Train Station. Staff spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. When arriving on a late train after the rental car agencies are closed, this is a very convenient place to stay until you can get your car the next morning. The room was so small I could barely turn around, but it did the job perfectly well for the 8 hours I was there. Breakfast was included for me.

I stayed in Rennes two nights for business. The hotel is conveniently located just across from the train station. The hotel is generally clean and modern but the room was tiny and I could hardly move. The desk was in a position that you could not sit down and had an uncomfortable chair - impossible to do work. The amenities were nothing. Breakfast was ok.

Me and my wife were pretty sure we have paid once the city tax when we check-in. And they asked us again to pay when we check-out. I did inform the staff that we’ve paid, but she said she didn’t see it. And they never issue receipt for that small amount. Amount is small and I didn’t have any receipt. No point to argue and I just paid again.
Although it is just a small amount of money. But I think they should still issue receipt for that, or building a clearer system to avoid confusion.

This hotel is very close to the Rennes train station. With the room it's included the breakfast which comes with variety of breads, fruit and drinks. Although as a protein, there are only ham and egg available. Hotel staff is very friendly.

This was a great little convenient hotel for my friend and I to spend one night in Rennes after taking the train from Paris and before renting our car (right near the hotel). the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is great (everything from crepes to fresh-squeezed orange juice). The staff was quick, professional, and courteous.

Was there for an overnight en route to Paris, so this hotel is perfect for catching the early train from Rennes to Paris. The hotel is comfortable but the bathroom is quite small - OK for 1 night, but not for a longer stay.
