All I need to say is I found a turd in the bed. A GD turd….

Good location with lots to do around the area.

It was what I needed for an overnight Stay. I am heavy capped and they help me tremendously also White that there was a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel lobby since I’m in a wheelchair.

Good value for the price. Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was just about adequate. But that seems to be the case with many of these medium priced hotels now. There were two restaurant within walking distance which was nice after a day on the road.

Upon check-in and walking into the room, there was a huge chunk of hair? and something stuck to the floor in the bathroom when I went down to the front desk and showed them a picture of it I was offered a glove and told to use the soap bar in the room as the cleaner Because she didn’t have anything available or didn’t wanna come clean it up. One of the main reasons they chose the hotels because they advertised having a hot tub or spa, and upon arrival there was a chain up, and the water was green me and another guest, who had also walked in and saw that went to the front desk to ask about it and we were told that oh they think the water in the pipes was just old that the water tested safe If we wanted to take the chain down and go in it. Sorry, but not about to climb into green frothy gross water. We went to an event, came back to the room at 10 o’clock at night and there was a large group of people outside on the ground smoking drinking and being very loud and this continued until well after midnight. Didn’t do anything about it. As far as comfort the beds are, the pillows are horrible no support, Did not look like the room was cleaned. There was dust everywhere. There were ring stains from beverages from the previous guest. The sheets look like they were dirty. It was a horrible experience. Would not recommend this location, go somewhere else!!! The bathroom door has so many screw holes in it like I’ve never seen something rigged like that before and did not shut. Gross

Someone tried to get into my room an hour before checkout, pretty sure it was an employee.

We were staying for a local baseball tournament. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was well kept and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The pool and hot tub were disqusting. The hot tub had so much foam when jets were on. A sign that the water chemicals were way off and dirty. Pool and tub both had a terrible smell.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and kind. Yiu could tell they enjoy doing their job. Will stay their again next year for the high school Robotics.

The road noise is terrible. There’s no elevator so we had to make many trips up the stairs. I recently had knee surgery and stairs are still not very comfortable. The pool appears dirty but I believe it’s just stained. The exercise equipment is not working.

I was rejected at the lobby for living in the same city. Apparently this is their policy but it's not listed anywhere in the app and allowed me to book a room and prepay for it. They said I'd get my refund. It never happened. Hotels.com tried to speak to the manager about it and he denied giving me back any of my money. I stayed in a different hotel that same night and paid for that with my hotels.com account, but no one will give me credit back!!

This was one of the few hotels in St. Cloud that we could find on short notice. The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. The hotel itself has definitely seen better days. The rooms were clean enough but quite run down.

Mila, the girl on duty worked for an hour to figure out what was wrong with our TV. She was very kind and helpful but was there alone. Our Ac/ heater only blew hot air and kept increasing the temp no matter the temp we set it at. We had to alternate AC and heat settings to cool it down even in a Minnesota winter 🤔 Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept very clean. 😊
