The room we were in smelled like pee , we opened the window to air it out & the king bed was very hard & uncomfortable. We had better rooms at this hotel. This room was very disappointing. The breakfast was really good & the staff

we were there for a wedding. The side facing the highway is a little noisier than the other side (we stayed on the other sider for another wedding previously). Staff is friendly

Everything was great. The only complaints that I have are:
1. The phone didn’t work in the room.
2. The only day that I wanted housekeeping service done, they did not do it. (I think they were used to me having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door knob on the other days, so maybe that’s why it got missed.) Other than that, everything was great. I would stay there again.

Facility in general: right by freeway and noisy, hard to find parking, meth head walking outside facility and into reception, otherwise pretty standard.
Room: small, dark, musty, stained carpets, dirty window sills, ratted comforter, ant in bed, noisy - could hear doors slamming and upstairs neighbors. Nice attempt to update bathrooms, but lipstick on a pig. Towels and sheets were at least clean.
Not worth $160 night.

The main areas were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great. Service was fair to poor. We were offered a king room 208 with our reservation. I got to the room and it smelled so bad like urine, I knew I couldn't stay there. They reluctantly moved us to a room with two queens, 306, and it smelled bad but 10x better than the first room. It smells like they need to change an air filter or something. Not what we expect from a Hampton.

Check in was nice and easy. We get up to the room and opened the door and were immediately hit in the face with a strong pet urine smell. My son stuck his head in the bathroom and there was white tank top on the bathroom floor. We immediately turned around and went down stairs and asked for a different room. The desk attendant let me know that they were completely full and the best he could do was 10k Hilton Honor points and a can of fabreeze. That room needs to be taken out of service permanently.

Room smelled like wet dog and the floor was sticky. Was right next to the elevators and heard the ding every time someone hailed the elevator. Asked for a different room but said they were full even though they had plenty of rooms yet to be filled when I checked in. Lots of homeless around the area and pretty sure a couple of them came in for the continental breakfast. Have stayed here several times and only seems to be getting worse. I won’t be returning.

Our room was not cleaned on two different days in our 5 night stay. Management had fresh towels at desk we picked up.
Delicious Cookies in the evening were a special treat. Will stay there again, even though we didn't get housekeeping 2 days.
Easy access to freeway was a plus.

The hotel is nice, but I booked a king sized bed, and got what felt like a double bed, not a queen bed. If I had known that they didn’t have one available, we would have booked somewhere else.

I figured since it was nice based on its rating and price but smelled like cigarettes and cleaner in the lobby, there was a used pair of contacts in the bottom of the bathroom garbage so clearly not changed after last people, the AC was super loud and clunky, and we woke up to a dryer sheet in our bed that did not belong to us. Just disappointed because of how much we payed, it’s was $260+ for 1 night and not top notch. Also picture is deceiving!! There is no river view! Only a freeway that is fairly loud!

We were visiting family and stayed 4 nights. The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was probably the best complementary hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The hotel had Complementary cookies and water For us at any time we needed period the grocery store was close and freeway on and off or close as well. I would stay there again and again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so welcomed and pleasant.

Hotel staff was wonderful but the room had a strong animal odor. Like wet dog and urine. It was really strong when I first entered the room, cool air and open window helped but when the heat was on or no air going it wasnt tolerable. Barely slept the first night because of it. The fridge had milk or cream spilled in it and was warm, and the bedding wasnt changed before our visit because there was candy and straw wrappers in the sheets.

Property has a great staff that is super helpful. They have a solid hotel gym with weights - dumbells - and cardio equipment, plus a universal type cable machine. You can get in a solid workout while on the road. Breakfast was AWESOME too.
I was a bit disappointed when I got to the property because based on 1 of the photos of this property, it shows the river, which made me believe this property has this view and it did not.
