Not recommended. The bed was very very uncomfortable and very low. My back hurt the entire stay. The walls between the rooms are very thin. I could hear conversations in the next room at midnight - which interrupted my stay. I mentioned several times to the front desk staff that someone was smoking in a room near me. The smoke was so strong and heavy in the hallway that it was unbearable. They did not offer to move me to another room - which they should have. Also, for this type of hotel authorizing $30/day for incidentals is excessive. I don’t know why hotels continue to do this. Overall, I was very displeased with my stay.

We loved this Holiday Inn! Absolutely GORGEOUS!! It is not your average Holiday Inn 😜 Great restaurant, beautiful deep water pool and work out room, nice appointed rooms , GRAND staircase !! And an airport shuttle to Dulles.

Tried to take a shower this AM and the mechanism was not operative, have mentioned it to the front desk, the guy did not seem to even care about the problem and told me "will pass it on to them"...
Got to the lobby at 5:50 as I was told to be there for the shuttle about 5 mn before the hour, as they don't ask the night before the time we schedule to take the shuttle, I ended up having to remove my suitcase from it as it was already full. We were 4 people left behind and were told that the other shuttle will be there 5 mn later, happened that it showed up about 20 mn later and I almost lost my flight, lucky I had Clear and Precheck or I would have definitely lost it.

Terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn expecting a restful night, but was kept awake by noisy children running through the halls and constant vacuuming at all hours. It felt more like a daycare than a place to relax. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. Very disappointing.

This was a great location, great walking distance to the show at the funnybone, food was walkable several choices, a few shopping options, which was also nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only negative side would be the hotel decor Was a little dated.

Stayed before and it was amazing. This time, the room was not clean, rude people at the front desk, they refused to give an extra blanket or towels. Im so disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Nothing worked in the room. No tv. Slow internet. Bar and restaurant was closed. The staff was ok but the manager was terrible.

The hotel is spacious with all essential amenities. The gym is well equipped. But the hotel seems relatively old. The carpets in the room have stains. The towels probably should be replaced. The iron has some broken pieces. There are small pieces of trashes here and there on the floor in the public space, and cigarette butts scattered in the parking lot. I bought a fruit cup from the mini market only to find the berries were moldy. Overall, it is not terrible to say a nigh or two.

Stayed here multiple times Some rooms better than others. King size bed rooms seem like get less use and better condition have more bedside outlets etc than the 2 queen option. Good ac,tv,bathrooms. Rooms clean and relatively newly updated.

This hotel was wonderful! It was exceptionally clean and the staff was great. The dining options within the hotel were excellent. We chose this location due to an event we attended and it was easy to drive around from this location. It was very obvious it would be a great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Dulles! We will be back!

Cleanliness is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The suggestion I would give is to give customers an elevator access at the of your very long hall of rooms. It was pretty far to carry our luggage with only one elevator. And offer Free Breakfast.
