The room was very clean and it’s located safe area minutes to downtown. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The shower was short and rust on shower wall. Kitchen staff was accommodating and the rooms and building were clean.

Service was good, the room we were put in was not bad but the carpet by the window was soaking wet and it only got worse as the air conditioning was running, so we switched rooms then the air conditioner was hardly working took a full day to cool down, we was gone for the day, then we thought we was getting some sleep when the power shut off and it seemed like it was only the hotel with out power so we decided to check out early because we had enough with this place. I would not recommend it and i will not stay there again.

Last night we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Naples, the hotel was very clean and the staff that registered us (Cindy)was super nice and friendly. However, when we got to our room (202) it was hot, we lowered the AC hoping it would cool down. We fell asleep and in the middle of the night, we heard a loud noise and lost power. Now staying at the hotel, you are hoping they would have some kind of backed up generator? The AC and most lights were off due to the outage. The room got hotter very quickly to the point that we just decided to leave since no one could sleep in these conditions. A few other guests made the same decision since it was getting hot. We had to take the emergency stairs and checked out at 6am to get some fresh air in our car, upon explaining it to the concierge, she showed no care, no emotions whatsoever. As a Hilton member, I found it very disrespectful (even if I wasn't a member).... Now I know NOT to stay at that property anymore and I can say it was a bad start for our father's day plan.

Rate was great, cleanliness superb, breakfast outstanding! Will be making this particular location my go to when I travel to this area once a month. The king sized suite was beyond my expectations!! It was like having 2 full rooms, a door to separate the king sized room from the queen sized room, but double the room amenities!! Can’t say enough how great this was!!

All good. Ok breakfast bar (standard in this price range) friendly staff, good location. The biggest issue was that the bottom sheet was too small for the king bed and made the bedding very uncomfortable
