Very clean. Friendly staff.

No hot water. In fact shower head was about to fall out of wall. Asked for assistance from front desk and was told they could not do anything about it. Left immediately. Was in no way what was expected with the rating shown.

Super clean room including sheets, bathroom, etc. Location is good. Breakfast was acceptable for the price.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished.

Everything was clean except for the little bit of hair on the floor in the bathroom. They do use a little too much fabuloso. But overall the hotel was clean and I would stay there again. The breakfast was good.

The high review rating number, presumably from real people that stayed there, led us to stay here. It should be more like a 7, not a 9. It is not horrible, but we would not return. It is more of a motel than an inn.

This hotel was very clean and check in was quick and friendly. We liked how they offered self serve draft beer and wine in the lobby and the courtyard pool and lounge area allowed for plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy our drinks. The room was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

There was a roach crawling on the empty bed. The attendant was very apologetic about it. But would reimburse me my money for the nights paid for because it was booked there a third party.
Of course, I was moved to a different room. If not for that I would have rated them higher. If there is one roach there are more somewhere.
I should be reimbursed for this stay by Hotels.com.

Front desk service was amazing. Friendly and polite. Jeanette was great! We also enjoyed the cookies. Room was spacious and clean. Grounds were well-maintained.

The room was beyond expectations, honestly. It was huge. Lots of storage space. I loved that there was a fridge AND microwave (since it seems that some hotels do not have microwaves available unless upon request, these days). The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was relaxing.

The room was awful. The stench of cleaning fluids was so rancid we could not stay.

Never heard of Equus Inn before. Very nice room and bed. A little noisy. Can hear the neighbors. T.V. was useless. Apparently it's wi-fi and would buffer every 10 seconds. Nice stay.

The room felt cold and sterile. The floor could have been cleaner but everything else seemed clean. The room had a very uncomfortable loveseat and no table. It's hard to eat a meal with no table. There's a mini fridge and microwave but no counter space. The pool is small with very limited seating options. The exercise room is very small. The shower needs more water pressure and the handle was very hard to turn.

Stayed one night. It was clean. Except I didn't like the fact that the toilet didn't have a seat lid.

Only thing i was disappointed with was the breakfast will not go back as that is what i depend on a good breakfast. A shame as everything else was great. The staff were lovely and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. Maybe just go to ones with room only and no breakfast and get it outside.

Property is an older hotel that has been remodeled. Nice courtyard and pool area. Room was clean and bed was great.

The breakfast was above average. The pool was nice but needed a little cleaning. Like many hotels, there was no room service so you’re on your own to empty trash, get new towels, make the bed etc.
