We stayed a week and our experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended locations for us to visit and restaurants to try out. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The lobby was always spotless. The rooms were very clean and all furniture looked new. Having a mini fridge in the room was very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again if I was back in the area. The location of the hotel was great. There were many shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores within a 5 minutes drive

Here’s why it wasn’t great…hotels.com somehow did not send my reservation, despite my paying in full SIX MONTHS prior to my stay. I received numerous emails confirming my stay in the weeks before from hotel.com and the hotel did not have my reservation when I went to check in. They also could not accommodate me because they were fully booked and I had no choice but to find another hotel close by since I was there for a wedding that weekend. The best part? Hotels.com refused, and is still refusing to pay, the difference that I had to pay for another hotel last minute which was a couple hundred dollars.

Terrific property. Probably the best Best Western I have ever stayed at, and BW is always my go to choice. It has a restaurant on site--a real plus, with great crab cakes!
I will also note that the bathroom had thick towels and a good shower, and the hotel surprisingly had the lowest room price of all the similar classed hotels in the area.

The hotel was nicer than expected. Lots of space sit outdoors. The breakfast was decent. I did not eat at any of the other restaurants so not sure about those. Everything was very clean and it was easy to use the back entrance to access the second floor.

We had a late check in and outside of the guy knowimg if they had travel cribs it went smoothly. We had to wait until the following day for a different desk person to get our crib.
Pillows were a little soft for my liking but beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Lobby was gorgeous. Breakfast was a step above your typical continental.
Love the play area pitside that had horseshoes, basketball, and large checkers.
Would for sure stay here again.

I’m a seasoned traveler and a gold member of hotels. I have personally stayed at this hotel many times. It’s started with the ac in the room it was like a train when it came on. I went to the front desk to complain and ask for another room the management answer is they all sound like that. Next up was the elevators my room was on the 4 th floor. When I checked in one elevator was broken down. The 2nd and only working elevator was ok at check in but when we tried to leave the room the second elevator did not work call front desk and they told me to walk down. I told him my wife is 80 with a bad back and bad knees. We walked down. Went out for the day when we arrived back at night NO elevators we walked up 4 flights slowly. I will never be back. there are many many nicer hotels in the area at the same price point. This hotel is a looser period
