Perfect hotel in Jasper. Lots of parking. Easy to walk into town. Easy to leave on bikes.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to downtown. Staff were friendly but for the price of the hotel it wasn't value for money. The rooms were not very modern.

No air conditioning and we were told to use fans (they provided broken ones) and open all windows. This meant being wide open to the parking lot which had no privacy when sleeping and felt unsafe.

Only downfall is the hot rooms. They had one small fan to cool the suite. No A/C. Uncomfortable sleep for sure.

The whole hotel is really out of date. The "kitchen" cupboard door wouldn't close and one of them was about to give out. THERE'S NO A/C!! We I ly found out on site, you have to scroll the fine print to see it written. And we were there during a heatwave so it was REALLY hot in the rooms. But they have A/C' in the lobby and hallways, go figure. The only nice thin was the water pressure in the shower... No complaints there. And the pool was a little plus. Plus that section of town the wifi sucks and there is no cell reception. But all and all, go elsewhere

The location is great because Jasper is a small town and it's almost impossible to find an affordable hotel to stay in peak Summer season.
Suites are claustrophobic. We got a basement level suite. It had an unpleasant smell for all the 3-4 days we stayed. The property doesn't have AC and many guests were unhappy. Thankfully, we used to go out early in the morning and come back late night, so we survived.

We were right by the laundry room (very busy area) which wasn’t terrible but was a bit noisy. Also TV services very patchy. Staff was friendly!

FYI make sure you note that this hotel does not have any air conditioning!! I understand that the area had a very hot July heatwave during our stay which maybe unusual. There was a tabletop fan which helped. Otherwise, it fit our road trip needs for the two-night stay to enjoy the town and it's amenities.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but we were there in 38 degree weather and there was no Air Conditioning. Opening our windows didn’t help as it was too hot out and we faced into a courtyard and other rooms could see into ours if curtains were open.

The room was not updated including 70s tube lighting. We also got a mystery 20 dollar charge after leaving. We did not leave any dishes to be in the sink so we do not understand it.

No air conditioning. Because you're in the mountains, that's usually not a problem because of how fast it cools down at night. But some rooms have half sized windows with the tiniest openings. Prepare to suffocate. Stay away from room 327.
Everything else was fine. Decent pool and hot tub.

FYI this hotel does not have any air conditioning. They give you old table top fans instead, which doesn't rely help. I stayed in July and our room was so hot it was hard to sleep. Something to keep in mind if you are staying in the middle of summer.

It was convenient for shopping and close to where we needed to go.
I didn’t like the smell of the room it made me sick the next day. But otherwise it was ok.

Check in was efficient. Hotel is cute and vintage looking. There is no ramp for luggage cart so I had to haul all my bags up stairs first then into the cart. Then we find out that the hotel does not offer AC. That is really unacceptable for this day and age and there is no mention on the listing. It’s very disappointing consider how much we paid for the night.

The hotel was extremely hot, and our room had a very bad smell. All the items were old and dirty. We had to leave the hotel and found a better one where everything was new and had air conditioning.

Furnishings and kitchen area a little shabby.
No air con but two fans supplied but the main room still remained hot . It was 35°c outside though. Bedroom at night with the two fans and windows open was cool enough.

This hotel was extremely outdated and over priced for what they offered. Our room was very dated and there was even an electrical outlet with no cover. The room was clean but the bathroom was not clean and the carpet was very old.

The room smelled awful, like old cooked spicy food which was baked into everything in the room. We tried our best to air it out but the smell was overwhelming. It didn't help that there was no AC. The sink would't drain and the toilet colgged instantly. We had to have maintenance address the issue.

The hotel was nice, but you can easily hear guests in the adjoining rooms. The pipes were also very loud. Also could have had a better set up for the coffee station when it came to teas and hot chocolate.

Pros: The kitchenette was very helpful to the comfort of our stay, and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: There was a lot of plumbing noise in our particular room, so earplugs were helpful. Also, the electrical outlets were so loose that everything we tried to plug in fell out immediately. The only outlet that worked was on the stove.
All said, pretty good for our needs, as long as you know it's quirks and can work with them.
