Shower did not properly work. Hotel was dirty.

The hotel covers the important check boxes clean rooms, quiet and a good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had some unpleasant smells and the hallways, especially the carpet where kind of nasty. Asking to pay for parking, out us off as it was not mentioned during reservation. Next time we would probably spend a bit more for a nicer place.

Loved my experience. The food for breakfast was actually really good. The service was very sweet and it very easy to check in and out. Also great help with taxi services.

Really good actually. Much better than I expected. The rooms were actually really impressive and spacious too. Great staff so overall a really good stay. Would stay again for sure

Breakfast (turkey) sausage was in chafing dish and was cold, not lukewarm but cold - ugh.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Upon arrival it looks decent. The pictures on Expedia definitely make these place look better than in real life. You check in and are charged for parking. This definitely is not mentioned when you book, so it becomes a minor inconvenience when you pay ahead thinking you won’t be charged anything additional. Not to mention, that the parking isn’t anything special. Parking doesn’t come with any additional safety for your vehicle so to be charged for parking just seems like a money grab. Check in was okay. Front staff were decent and polite. Getting to the room is another story. The hall way to the room REEKED of cigarettes. Like I’m talking smelt like someone just walked up and down the hall smoking a pack of cigarettes. The bed is hard as a rock. You lay down and bounce back up it is so hard. I don’t know about you, but I personally can’t sleep on a rock for a bed. Due to the smell and the hard as hell bed, we checked in and an hour later checked right back out to go somewhere else. When checking out the front desk person (different from check in) didn’t say a damn thing. Just okay your checked out have a good day. I ended up calling Expedia and getting a full refund. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Clean, affordable and a friendly staff.

Stayed one night. Sink in room was leaking but was fixed immediately. Staff friendly and breakfast was good. Beds comfortable and room spacious. Only complaint was the extra $15 for parking. Should be included in room cost for the price that was charged per night.

Good breakfast, close to Bell Rock Pathway trail

Overall my stay at Holiday Inn Sedona wasn't bad. The staff was friendly. Of course the breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. The fitness center is 24 hours which I did like. They could use some upgrades, but overall not bad either. Only thing that caught me off guard was the smell when you went into the lobby. It smells like cigarettes. My room did not smell at all. Thank God! I would stay here again.

Everyone was very kind the room smelled a little weird upon entering but for a nights stay it was perfect and clean!

The only negative thing I have about this stay is the additional $15/day parking. Ridiculous!!! Other than that, we loved the hotel, staff and location!!!

Overall this stay was a 3 star experience. The room felt dirty and the entire hotel had a bad smell almost as if people were smoking inside. The free breakfast was nice, I did not like that we have to pay for parking daily. The pool was nice but also very dirty. Staff were kind but we could not call down to the front desk at all and had to walk down to ask a simple question.

I like the fact that it was a very clean nice safe property. The staff was wonderful. I didn't like the fact that no where did they say there was a parking fee of 16. 00.
