It was a terrible stay. This Hotel showed to be an 8.2 on your site and should have been a 2. Thought that we were ok when we walked into the lobby but when we got to the floor, it had an unpleasant odor. No idea what it was. Then walked into the room and it smelled musty. Sprayed it down with Lyson and then walked into the bathroom... the bottom of the shower still had standing water that would not drain and the shower had mold and mildew growth in it. We told the lady at the front desk and she said that she would send someone up but that someone never showed up. Then we went tobget an extra blanket for my son. Sm, when we opened it up l, it had a big hole in it. Usually when its rated an 8 or above on the site we have a good experience. This time it completely missed the mark. We booked 2 of these rooms..... The second was just as musty as the other one. Had to spray it down too but atleast the shower was in a little better shape. Then there was the big roach or water bug.. what ever it was, it was still in the floor when we came down stairs. We have Usually had good look with the other hotels with the same name but we will never, ever stay at another one. This was terrible and i will never believe the rankings on Hotels.com again. Your ranking was severely elevated.

Check in staff member Jefferson was friendly and check in was quick. Check out was also quick. Room was clean and in good shape. Loved the medium sized refrigerator. Typical semi-hot/continental breakfast.

Hello, I checked in my room on August 30th around 7ish and it was dirty and smelled like dogs, and I didn’t make a big deal about it. I went downstairs immediately and told the front desk. She asked to move my room. I told her no it’s no big deal about it because I am headed to a football game, and if housekeeping can clean and freshen up my room before I get back. She said OK great and when I came back it was completed. On Saturday August 31st my security to my door was breached by a male housekeeper, I will be seeking legal actions about this matter. On this day I was relaxing in my room in the dark with the shade slightly cracked around 10ish. I was on my phone lying across the bed naked, when I saw out the side of my peripheral vision of my room door was cracked, and the upper body of a male was looking into my room. I jumped up and he closed the door fast, I opened the door enough to where my head was visible and asked him “who are you and why did you open my door”?! He replied, “he is housekeeping, and I am a stayover. He's required to go in my room because he knocked four times.” I told him he didn’t knock not once, I can hear and nothing inside this room is on, I SLAMMED my door to go downstairs to management, as I was coming down, he was coming up with a female housekeeper. I asked “are you his manager she replied “Yes” I stated to tell her what happen, and he was behind her kept saying “ I knocked four times ma’am. All COMPLAINTS COULD NOT FIT

We’ve stayed at the Best Western Plus Augusta North Inn and Suites close to a dozen times over the past year while building our new home. The hotel has been clean and the staff welcoming and friendly every time. Even our dog was welcomed with smiles and a supply of treats at the front desk. We especially want to thank Deborah, who always made sure the complimentary and coffee were fully stocked. She kept the area clean, and always had a smile for us and treated us like friends. Also, Jefferson was usually the one to check us in. He was professional and welcoming.

Arrived at 3:15pm. Room was not ready until 3:48. My entire family had to get dressed in the lobby bathrooms due to having an event at 4pm. One of your housekeepers saw me struggling to get a disabled child to our room. He opened the door & held it to get her wheelchair in. Your front desk worker was very attentive & promptly responded to all guest concerns.

Ok for an overnight stay. Limited sink room of that matters. Couch was dissembled. Could be more tidied.

I dont know why they only have a 2 star rating. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and affordable.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good.only thing ì didnt like the pool was closed due to chemical inbalance beings that it was the weekend they should got somebody to come check the water.the guy jefferson was very helpful.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear the semi trucks going by all night on the highway next door. My hotel room air conditioner was broken, maintenance made two attempts to fix it. The were no other rooms and no other attempts to fix my AC unit. Pool was green and closed, laundry facility was closed, and there was no ice in the machine. Not worth it, definitely get what you pay for and this place was cheap.

After checking in, we got to our room and it was not clean. We had to get unkown blk balls off the floor before I could put my dog down. The floor was so nasty, spots every where and no one had valcuumed at all. We call to see if someone whould come and clean the floor and they kept making excuses. After waiting for hours, we were told the cleaning crew left at 4. The next day (Saturday) moring we had to find the cleaning lady to get assistance. She came back after finally finding a vacuum cleaner and did the floors. The bathroom tub also had to be cleaned. We paid money/pet deposit to sleep in your filthy room. I can't imagine anyone being okay with the condition of your floors. We were very uncomfortable in this room so we decided to leave Sunday instead of Monday. I know that BW can do better this!

stayed here for one night as part of a longer road trip cross country. The area was well lit. No issues with check in or parking. The only issue I had was getting there because the train crossing was being fixed on the route google maps was taking me so I had to call to figure out a different route where the app wasn’t taking me to the same crossing. The room was good. Just needed a place to rest and sleep before moving on next day. They did have breakfast but I honestly don’t remember much about it.

Great stay! But phones don’t work, small refrigerator take long to cold your food and drink.

Went for an overnight visit with my family and we enjoyed every moment of our little getaway. It was very organized and structured and the rooms where chefs kiss. My only dilemma was the reconstruction they were doing. Still it’s a 10/10

Did not like closed front entrance due to the rain soaking us
