Our stay was awesome!

this hotel check in after after 3pm. Can't check in early. It would be nice if front desk reception allow to check in early.

Reception at the front desk was excellent. Our room wasn’t ready, so she gave us another one. That one smelled like smoke, so she was very gracious to move us to another room. She was pleasant t throughout the entire process. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

This was more like an apartment as opposed to a hotel which i really liked. Very comfortable and clean and very walkable area. Will definitely stay again!

Staff and people were nice but the place is dated, as soon as we opened the door the room smelled. Had to go to the grocery to buy air fresheners to mask the smell. The bathroom is small and smelled like cigarettes. The couch was old and pillows had stains. Cleanliness overall was not good. Bed also had an old smell. Place needs renovation, but place is located in a nice area though.

This was the most uncomfortable I've ever been in any Hotel/Motel/Suite! I've been more comfortable camping, and I hate camping. Housekeeping is only once a week, and you have to pick up your towels from the front desk. I was told to put our dirty towels outside, and they would pick them up; yet, the towels were outside for 3 days before I finally reminded them. Our key cards would not work more than half the time, and when we had them reissued at the front, they said it was from putting them in our wallets, but it still happened even when we kept them far away from our wallets/magnets/phones/other cards. The room we had was accessible to the side street and people would just hang out around the parking area at night smoking and talking. No security. Terrible breakfast. One front desk staff person was very abrasive and sighed loudly when I asked for more towels. FOUR people in our room, and she gave me ONE towel when I asked. I had to specifically ask for 4 towels. Another front desk person was VERY nice and helpful (a lovely person of Hawaiian/Pacific Islander descent?) but she was the only helpful one. AND THE BEDS ARE AWFUL! Both beds squeak loudly when you barely move, and you can feel the metal in them really press up into your back throughout the entire thing. Same true for BOTH double beds. One bedspread had brown stains! Bathroom was dirty and had ceiling/tile mold. My only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is because of that one professional front desk person.

The breakfast options were great and I loved the daily happy hour. The room was clean and comfortable.
