Hi, we returned from overseas on a long flight from india. We checked into the hotel with our 3 children. Everything was smooth. the Receptionist was very kind and promptly checked us in. But the problem was with the room itself. The carpet looked like it was from the worst ghetto structures. Very soiled and ugly as it could be. Stained and really so dirty that i got the chills for my 2 year old to sit on the floor or even touch it. I could not really imagine how a hotel could not update their floors or keep them in a safe hygienic condition. this was a big NO! while everything else seems to be great,, but the Room carpet just totally will make customers run away from this place.

We were surprised with the size of our room! Didnt notice listing mentioning it had two bathrooms so that was a nice surprise! loved that it had a full sized fridge, stove and microwave even though we didnt get to cook in there. Beds were comfy, room was clean and free breakfast was nice!

Such a great place for a family, the rooms are spacious and the layout of the suites gives families or groups of multiple adults a lot of options for sleeping and spreading out.

There was a continuous annoying sound which we cannot determine where it’s coming from. Like a pipe getting “hammered” or a defective hvac. It was there during our stay. My wife did not sleep well at all because of the sound. I just wish they inspect their facilities. The utensils were like not washed. But, all else was good.

Service was great. Friendly staff. However, we had an issue with water dripping from the ceiling in the shower. By the time I could figure out where the noise was coming from, it was in the middle of the night. I told the front desk in the morning when I checked out and they said maintenance would look at it. I didn’t want the next guest to experience the noise all night like we did. It kept us up.

Perfect extended stay room. Nice kitchen, seperate room and bathroom from main living space. Full size fridge, stove. Utensils and dinnerware provided as well as cookware. Property centrally located to head conveniently in all directions

The city area where the hotel is at is pretty good, quiet. The room 921 was spacious and clean. I feel that the breakfast selection needs improvement, we just came from Hyatt Place Santa Cruz and compared to them, the breakfast selection was better than Hyatt House Belmont. And the one thing was obvious the moment we entered the room was that the rooms smelled like curry.

Very spacious for our family of 5; kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Location close to airport and just about the entire peninsula is great. close enough to downtown SF.

For the most part it was a good stay. Breakfast has limited options. The only bad part was that the fridge inside our room had an issue with its fan and it took 3 days to get it fixed. Will consider staying here again.

The room was very clean and the gym was good enough. In the room one of the tv remotes was not working properly. There was no shower gel when we arrived. The toilet would run randomly. The fact that the restaurant was not available because it’s a weekend didn’t make sense. Noise level from service entrances and garbage trucks early in the morning was high. Outside of the hotel there’s a sort pond that appears to be taken over by algae maybe. Does not look as pictured online.

Pros- kind staff, big rooms and nice location.
Cons- dated space in need up some tlc, smell of food in the unit, and needed be dusted/vacuumed, but sheets and towels were clean. It was fine for overnight, but not close the city if that’s the intention of the trip.

Your staff's exceptional service truly stood out and compensated for some of the shortcomings I experienced.
The room and facility are getting old and are starting to run down. I had a sweet, and you could not close the bedroom door because of the bed size. A medium-sized trash bag was left outside my front door for all three days I was there. The refrigerator in the room hummed very loudly, and the bed should have been replaced long ago.
But the staff was excellent. From check-in to the one night I spent at the bar to check out, everyone I engaged with was fantastic—kind, respectful, and polite. I couldn't tip the bartender (and she truly deserved one) because the front desk handled the credit card payments, and "the system couldn't do tips." she truly deserved one.

The room was very nice and clean, but there was couple of things that made our stay a little uncomfortable, because the sofa bed mattress was very old and dirty. We had to wait 30 minutes for sheets, never got them until we went to the front desk. The main door did not close properly.

We were on the 3rd with no elevator. As a couple in our 60’s, it was very difficult to carry our luggage.

We called for cleaning service. They promised they are going to come. Came back at 6pm, room untouched and was informed the cleaning team left and they couldnt do anything about it.
We were given an email to write to report the incidence. We sent the email and no one bothered to get back to us.

Nice safe area around large tech companies. Plenty of parking but charge for $12/night for parking. Property grounds look well kept. Breakfast food options are not fancy but decent and sufficient. Room itself look clean but is older with signs of wear and tear like cabinets handles not tighten up and tear in sofa bed. Good enough for a night stop with our friends. Like that this hotel has 2 kings bedrooms apartment styles with full size refrigerator and microwave, our friends and kids love the sleep over together.

Great place. Easy access to hwy. Pool was nice. Not crowded May 10 weekend. Breakfast was typical. Comfortable bed. Very spacious rooms. Kitchen well stocked with silverware, knives, pans & such.

We were visiting San Francisco and opted to stay in this area as it is reasonably priced and not too far from the city. The suite we got was a 2 bedroom including king beds with full kitchen and living. This was great for our family of 6. Ample parking and great complimentary breakfast in the morning.
