Arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was just vaping behind the counter and seemed irritated about the interruption. Our room was never serviced. The room came with free breakfast but their kitchen was being remodeled so they had a food truck idling in the parking lot. The food was foul, served on paper plates with very flimsiest of plastic cutlery. Asked for water and was told no because the water to the kitchen had been shut off. I almost never write negative reviews, but this was comically abysmal.

Our stay was short, but very sweet (1 night). The check in desk staff was very welcoming (with welcome snack bag).
The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean, with crisp beddings and sparkling white towels.

Tired - furniture, carpets, fixture shoes are all tired and worn. The hangers are really difficult to use and get in the way of opening the door.
HVAC in the room did not work well.
On the plus side, the 2 queen bed room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and

Long walk to our room due to only one elevator. We both tripped getting out of the elevator due to an uneven surface on the second floor. Very noisy hotel. The breakfast was odd. Served at a bar from an independent restaurant. Very poor service there.

We reserved a room for a one night stay at the Best Western in Green Valley as a last minute choice/booking. We went down to southern Arizona for a fishing trip and hadn’t decided if we’d stay somewhere overnight or head home. So glad we decided to stay! The hotel was very cute, quaint, quiet and the beds were soooo comfortable! We really enjoyed the sliding door that opened up to the pool/hot tub area. Marcus at the front desk was very friendly and attentive and answered all the questions I had about the breakfast in the morning and local food choices and had paper plates to our room for the Chinese food we picked up, in less than 30 seconds flat. I’d definitely recommend a stay at Green Valley in and I know we plan to return when we’re looking for a CLEAN, cozy, cost-effective getaway!

Don’t think the Resturant belongs to the hotel but computers were down, service was too slow, tables being cleaned while we waited for service. Food was not the best by far. Probably wouldn’t eat there again even with it as part of our stay.

This was an emergency family visit stay, and we had used this hotel before. Our previous stay was not one we enjoyed due to the loud noisiness of the air conditioning for the room. But this second stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet and accessible. The dining option was excellent. We got free breakfasts every morning. All staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We definitely will choose them again.

I Checked into the room and had dinner with a friend in the attached restaurant before dragging my luggage up to the room. Then I entered the room and turned on the lights to find three HUGE BLACK COCKROACHES scurrying for cover. I immediately returned to the front desk to CHECK OUT. The desk clerk was nice and apologized, offering, “This is a very old hotel.” and “This is not the first time this has happened.”
I don’t care how old the hotel is. That does NOT excuse ROACHES!

The hotel needs to be updated. The shower head was broken, the furniture was worn, the refrigerator froze our drinks, and the room had roaches. The carpet was worn throughout the hotel the floors were sticky in the dining room. Not good at all.

It needs an update. Plumbing does not work well. The hallways smell and are in need of new carpet. You have to request room service. The best feature is the staff and their friendliness.

A clean, safe, comfortable room for a reasonable price. Older property but decently maintained. Front desk person was kind and efficient. In room fridge was so noisy I unplugged it. Other than that all good.

The staff was friendly and it’s nice that the restaurant gave free breakfast. The stay was pleasant overall, except the property is a little obsolete. The shower could use some remodeling and I was not able to control the air conditioning unit.

I had some unusual travel times requiring very late checkin and early checkout. Internal communication about this seemed a bit lacking, but everyone front of house was very nice and was ultimately able to accomodate me.
