i left before morning because i didn’t feel safe . There was no smoke detector in the room. How is this allowed. Totally unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel ever again

Smoke detector was pulled out of the ceiling, smelled really bad in the hallways and we found a roach in the refrigerator

Smells bad and had roches no good

Other guests were active at all hours of the night. Constant chatter, children and adults stomping around the hallway. There were many guests that appeared to be living out of thier rooms. Wasnt able to sleep due to many disruptions and loud speech.

Everything was good.Will return soon

I liked everything Staff very friendly and helpful. Dislikes: No continental breakfast. Coffee only.

Infested with Bed bugs. My boyfriend is cover in bites from head to toe...will never go back

The rooms smelled. They were dirty and the clientele made you feel unsafe.

A little dated. Security lock on the door didn't lock. Smelled like it used to be a smoking room.

Second morning there i found bed bugs crawing on the bed. I immediately grab the few things i had an left leaving one night still paid for.

Good for one overnight and the guy checking me fixed my remote problem with no issues. Curtains.We’re not hung properly and that changed the feel of the room . I would stay again.

Towels are too small, need bigger towels. Clean bathroom & sleep area. TV worked well. Fridge worked well. Curtain needed fixing. Not bad at all for price.

Staff was very friendly especially for our late arrival. The rooms were excellent - very clean and we slept soundly on comfortable beds.

I came to this place, customer service sucked to say the least, the front desk acted like he really did not care at all what he was doing, then in one of our 2 rooms, we had to change because the shower, and the frig was falling to the ground when we wanted to open it was not working. Then later that night there we're children creaming and running through the 1-2nd floors. And to top it off in the parking lot you had 2 adult/couples drinking Beer and liquor in there van. I just cannot believe what we experienced in this place it, totally gave us the impression of a extremely lo budget facility, if I remember there would be coffee, and some pastries for breakfast WELL not even that. To tell you I will never go there again, and would gladly go to another facility and pay more WOW what a bad place.

Random person sitting on the steps inside by the Entrance Everything was unplugged when i checked in Room was extremely Hot, took approximately 6 hours to cool the room. Clerk boy at the front desk looked disheveled

I did not stay at this property and would like a refund. It was filthy and disgusting!!! I have no idea how they have 3 stars. The door jam to one room was attached with a piece of wood after being ripped out of the metal frame. Lamps were broken. Window was broken. I was unable to connect to the internet long enough to find a different hotel. Please refund my money.

One of the better Red Roofs I’ve stayed at, and at a very reasonable price

Room above me had children running across floor all night and jumping, family was not following quite time rules

Friendly helpful staff and the cleaning.

It was okay for the money being paid but the tub could not be used as I could not seal off the tub so the water would stay in the tub. The room is quite antiquated and not up to date.

Room was great, sadly my room key did not work for either day. Had to constantly have someone let me into the room.

5 night stay, no housekeeping whatsoever! I had to get my own clean towels. Trash never emptied. 2 out of 3 lamps did not work. Keycard had to be rekeyed everyday. This place is a dump!

Was in my room when another guest walked in, the front desk gave them my room no more than a 1/2 hour after giving it to me. Got that sorted out and it happened again about an hour later. Twice they gave my room out while I was in it. I was afraid to leave my room in case it happened again as I had a lot of expensive equipment with me. I will never stay at a Red Roof again. The hotel had an overpowering Smell of marijuana. Hotel is getting run down and needs to be renovated.

Clean and comfortable

The floors were in disrepair, the building inside smelled like smoke and perfume is used in abundance to cover all the bad smells. Dogs barking at night. People slamming doors and questionable tenants staying there. Never stay here!!!

The room was not very private or quiet. The hallway floor looked as like it was never cleaned. Very noisey all times of the day and night. Dogs were barking and howling.

People hanging out around property.Cars pulling up playing loud music.

Cleanliness was not the best. Sheets and pillow cases were yellow stained. No breakfast or coffee offered as was advertised. Reserved smoking room but was given a non smoking room because the room we reserved. No call for this since we didn't arrive until 3 am and they had all day to fix it before we got their. Will never stay there again.

Notning fancy here but if you're looking for a resting place with comfortable beds, not water and a TV for a goid price, you can't do better.
