This hotel was horrible. Cops showed up 4 times throughout the night. Homeless people will sneak in and will knock on your door! The companies websites said free breakfast its a lie. If you want oatmeal $8 for a cup same as cereal. I wish this company will go out of business

We stayed at this hotel for a day before our Alaska cruise. The hotel was not even close to as advertised. One half of the hotel complex had a serious fire and was boarded up. That part of the hotel was occupied by homeless people. Our room that we were assigned was being used by someone else when we checked in. We found the room occupied and the bed un-made. There were holes in the walls and the room as dirty. We told the front desk and they gave us another room. The room was not occupied but the condition was the same as the first room they gave us. The included breakfast was straight from the local costco and there were only 2 seats for our group to sit. Our flight was cancelled the day before due to bad weather and we called the hotel to let them know. They told us it would not be a problem. we found out when we got back that they charged us for 2 nights and for two rooms. Not happy at all with the experience and we have had no luck with getting a refund for the unused night.

The room was huge!! Fulls size kitchen, spacious bedroom and big bathroom. It was phenomenal!!

The hotel that was booked and prepaid,was burned down, with a sign that said go to the hotel in back. I did and my room was a dump. Drunks running up and down the stairs all night, and puking outside the outside door, right next to my room. Will never stay their again and will not recommend this hotel.

Pretty run down place, unfinished drywall patches in rooms.. no elevator. Worn out mattress.. clean sheets less than 8 hrs. Friendly staff.. . in and out. Part of the hotel burnt.. not likely to return.

It is unfortunate that they had a fire last august. In any event, our unit in the undamaged wing had a stale odor, the kitchen area did not appear clean, there were greasy stains on the door to the fridge, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like it had no bearings. We only stayed one night, we would not have stayed on site if we had a multiple day reservation.

This place is a straight up joke. Do not stay here unless you enjoy overpaying for a room in which you constantly have various drug deals in plain sight throughout the parking lot, while also seeing drug users nodding in stair cases while clearly scoping out cars to breakinto out in the parking lot. and if that wasn't enough to get you to stay here you
have the ugliest prostitutes I've ever seen roaming the halls and in my case even knock on my door asking if I wanted to make a donation for their services.
Another great thing to note is that even though I got a room paid through my credit card, they charge a mandatory cash deposit of $200.00 that they will in turn end up keeping by purposely having a staff member claim bogus and false damages.

It’s called America’s best value but I’m not sure it’s actually the best. Dirty room, paint and stains on the walls and furniture. Probably not worth the $50 I saved not staying somewhere else

When entering the property you see that 1/2 has been sustained a massive fire (approx. 1.5 years prior) and boarded up. Check in was in the back of the property in a make-shift area. The continental breakfast was served in that same area with no place to sit and eat. The shuttle driver with the hotel was silent and offered minimal assistance. Desk personnel were friendly. The suite was aged (no problem) but with bathroom doors that wouldn't close and dirty/stained furniture.

I have traveled a lot and rarely seen a hotel in this terrible condition. Half the hotel was burned down. The rest was dirty and in very rough shape / beat up. It needed to be torn down or a complete gut and rebuild. How this had a 4.2 rating is very weird?

Where to start... there is no elevator on the property and they put us on the 3rd floor with 5 big pieces of luggage. Im sorry, what do people with limited mobility do. Half the hotel was burnt down and no one notified us. The floor in our room was dirty and sticky throughout every room. Pieces of the vanity had broken off so they screwed them back into place. The walls were covered in splatters off who knows what. The furniture had rips and were covered in stains. The walls are very thin and you can hear people coming down the hallway and the people in the next room talking. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in and had I not flown in so late in the evening, we would have dealt with finding a new hotel. I really wish I had taken more pictures to post here but couldn't wait to get out of there. If I could have rated this hotel as a 0 I would have. The app isn't working so I can't post pictures..

Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, horribly dirty room with terrible maintenance. Half of the hotel is closed and boarded up looks like a crime scene or a condemned building. Nothing worked from lights to tv, but the cleanliness and maintenance was an other whole level. Hotel should not be on Expedia and should be avoided.

Main hotel is closed due to a fire a year ago. Hard to find the check in area. Logging was terrible. No air conditioning. Had to open window. No screen on window. No tp holder had to have it on top of the toilet. No light or table on one side of the bed. Worst hotel I had to stay at.
Up a couple times a night from the people in the upstairs moving around. Pictures should match what you are getting.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in years! Half of the hotel was burned from a fire that occurred 2 years ago and it has not been repaired yet. It was smelly and masked over with a strong air freshener. Topping that off was a $189 bill that I received. Our flight got in late and we were just wanted to lay our head down. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great staff. Outside was a bit dirty. A man smoking a fat blunt was outside as we were dropped off. I do not want any affiliation with smokers or druggies who are a stain on society.

The room was big, clean, and safe. They give a continental breakfast and free shuttle to airport. All staff was great! The stay was cheaper than most in the area but for a reason. The property needs updating pretty badly. The attendant said there was a fire in separate building and they have waited for nearly 3 years to get a settlement which is holding up rebuilding and updating. If you are going to just sleep here and want to save a few bucks, this is the place for you.

We will be disputing the charges for this flea bag motel we refused to stay in. Half the property was burned and inhabitable. This happened 2 years ago - no repairs. I side was possibly worse. The smell and stains were everywhere. There were people outside the hotel/on the lot who mat have been homeless but who were “wandering”. Very sketchy. The atmosphere invoked an unsafe feeling of unease - possibly criminality. This motel could easily have been featured in American Horror Story or America’s Most Wanted and was certainly not “America’s Best” as its name suggests.
Pictures are misleading and inaccurate. Nothing on tour website prepared us for the horrors we witnessed. False advertising every which way.

Property is old. Part of the property burned a couple of years ago and has not been repaired. The usable portion still smelled like smoke. Was clean but older. Damage to the walls had been repaired but not very well. Pay a bit more money and get a better place.

This property is half condemned. Odors are bad in hall and rooms. Staff unable to get noisy, drunk guests to be quiet after 8 pm. I asked for quiet 4 times but staff was unable to control some guests. Poor experience. I want my money refunded.

Original hotel burnt down in 2022. Expedia picture is incorrect. There is a Make shift lobby in an old part of the building. Yikes, dirty, smelled, loud, worn out furniture and beds. Do not stay here

I had a room with a kitchen, but it was useless to have since there were no dishes or appliances to make use of the kitchen. The sink in the bathroom seem to be plugged as the water drain slowly from the sink. There were also homeless people hanging around the entire property.
