Nice cheap place to stay, only thing is the shower water was cold, didn’t get too warm and when it did, it was warm for only a little bit

Super old property, lack of maintenance. Small and stinky rooms. Technically no breakfast. There are better options in the area.

Our first night went well. On our 2nd evening, the bathroom was cleaned, our garbage taken out but our beds were not made. On our 3rd evening, the beds were made, garbage taken out, floor vacuumed but I really could have used a washcloth. Our previous days we used the washcloths that were provided but not on our 3rd day.

First of all, this was a $60 room… that cost me $110. Bring earplugs, everyone, this place is LOUD! Police sirens all night long, and people yelling in the alley. I gave up on getting any sleep by 5 am. Also, not very safe. My keycard took a minimum of five tries each time before I could get in my room. And after I had checked in, some guy sat down right in front of my door and just stayed there for hours. The security latch on my door was broken. All things that become a little bit of a problem when you are a woman traveling alone. Apart from that, the breakfast was… white bread and corn flakes. Not great for sustenance. They never said there was a hot breakfast though, but just a heads up. The staff member who checked me in was kind of rude. Seemed irritated I was even there. So all in all, not a great experience. The good part though: the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. Awesome place!

Our room was very clean but smelled strongly of bleach. Sadly we couldn't have breakfast because "someone broke the communal toaster. It seemed odd that there was no back up or plan for swift replacement

We were looking for a quick place to stay right near the highway for our trip. That was probably our mistake - it was very noisy. Everything else was great!

Property I like

For a budget property, it was fine. The outside of the hotel and pool were dirty but the room was fine. The road outside the hotel is noisy. The breakfast was very limited.

The location is terrible - Freeway is right behind and so noisy, and there were so many prostitutes standing in front of the hotel. The dining area was not only small, butane the furniture was dirty and worn out. We didn’t want to eat their free breakfast. The room was decent but we found hair in the bathroom floor. The bedding looked clean, but the bed was way too soft. We will NEVER stay at this place.

The old adage holds true, "You get what you pay for."

Front desk girl was extremely rude. TV was not working due to missing remote. A dish TV (live TV) remote will not work with a fire TV (streaming TV). The front desk girl did not understand this simple concept and decided to be hostile and standoffish when I told her the facts. Would not stay here again. Go across the street to motel 6

Checking in, everything smelled of cigarette smoke... Really bad first impression. The first room we were given, we were in for about 5 minutes before being called and told that restroom didn't work, so we would need to move. She apologized that she forgot to take it out of service. She said she'd bring the new keys, but never did - I had to go get them. New room had a horrible smell! TV needs to be manually changed to whichever HDMI channel the cable is hooked up to... Awful! Random hair in the bathroom was found. Toilet is very low to the ground. Bed is pretty hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are small and square.

Filthy stained and ripped lobby furniture. Disgusting to even see when checking in-out, let alone eat and sit there for breakfast. No elevator, had to haul luggage up filthy stairs to upper level room. Door in room security lock did not line up and lock, bed cover stains, room smelt old and musty with cover up spray to hide dirty carpet mold/ filt smell. Pool located in front parking lot right off busy main road, not like photo describes. Not quiet, safe or somewhere to take kids or for women laying by pool. Many contractor huge trucks and trucks with trailers in limited parking lot- parked sideways taking up 2-5 parking spots, each, so no room near stairs to park or be safe enough for women’s - families. Management didn’t even monitor this to allow parking close to rooms. ( Maybe this is suppose to be a place for contractors instead of other clientele ? ****** Front desk choose to “ trainer new front desk employee on customers”. Took 49 minutes to check in 2 people while teaching the use of policies and procedures and computer basic skills? Unbelievable! Choose another company, photos are deceiving 👀

The place was dirty, i made my daughter wear shower shoes and i had to clean the toilet myself upon entering... gross abs not worth the 110 bucks i spent a night

Room 217 was near the overpass worst room to get. Hookers galore not a family hotel stay away

We were charged 3 nights when we stayed one night! We were not compenstated for the mistake. We are out $250 for 3-5 Business days which is money we needed now, It took 30 mins to check in & we pre checked in. It also took 20 mins plus to check out. We had not idea what was going but now we know after a phone call regarding the extra charges, Staff infomred us the reason check out was so long was due to multiple charges which they could of let us know when we checked out. Also, sirens several times throughout the night & homelee encampment directly behind the hotel.The bed appeared to have sand in the sheets. Positive side fruit was good a check out. I dont think we would stay @ a Super 8 again.

Rooms are poorly maintained old, I was so tired that didn’t matter I do not recommend

I really liked this hotel. It was clean and spacious. And the folks behind the desk very friendly.

For one night stay, I saw 3 cockroaches, 2 near the bathroom sink, 1 on the lamp shade. 2 of them I caught and flushed in the toilet, 1 escaped. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend.

I have been staying here a few times a year, usually its been a good experience. As long as no one is checking in before you check in it will be fast. I had to wait 10 minutes this time for them to help another guest. During this stay there was a fire system related beeping that went on until I called the front desk at 11:45pm. At first they said they couldn't turn it off, and they didn't have any ear plugs when I asked, but fortunately they did turn it off. Might try somewhere else next time Im in town.
