There was construction and the pool was closed. No warning on the site. Disappointing as kids love to swim

Nice spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff.
The main complaints are the shower, very little pressure and could not keep it contained in the shower area, the floor got wet no matter how much we tried. Also there was an odor in the room, not horrible but the scent of the cleaning supplies or whatever the source was odd and not very pleasant.

First room we went into had a strong odor that hit us when we opened the door, they were able to transfer us to another room that smelled a bit musty but not bad enough to complain.
They are doing renovation and the grounds and the lobby looked like a construction site.
The bed was comfortable, the location was great and the room was spacious.

Our visit was possibly just bad timing but it would have been nice to know when we booked that the hotel is under construction. So there is dust and construction debris pretty much all around the outside and footprints all over inside. The one elevator smelled of BO and the staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. People came for the free breakfast but whoever should have been maintaining it was never anywhere to be found. Everything was always empty and you had to ask for what you wanted. So overall our visit was not ideal and we left early

Variety of breakfast was good - but, items that should be hot, were only luke warm.
Room was nice though. I’m sure it will be better when the construction is complete.

The property was under construction. Which I get. Our room was musty and humid. Our shower would not turn on. There was no hot water in the sink. My husband's hair is really oily. She he had to was his head in cold water. I think we should get a full refund.

First room they gave us the bedding and carpet were damp from humidity. Hotel was going through major remodel. Moved us to room 222 and the rom was still very humid. Only ice machine was on floor 3 and the carpet in the hallway near ice machine was so wet that it went though my tennis shoes and got my socks wet

The room was clean and had everything we expected. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable, but were supported by a metal base that was noisy. The hotel met all our needs, but being under a total renovation makes it hard to give more stars at this time.

This hotel is in very bad shape. They are renovating the entire hotel. It was a total mess. Hopefully it’ll be nice when they’re done with the renovation.

I get this property is under construction which contributed to the noise and dust around the property. However, I should've been warned well in advance, like at booking, that that was the case. Aside from the construction, the desk in our room was barely standing on its own; the bathroom floor was dirty; and the halls were ho, as were the elevators -- not something I want to come back to in June in Tulsa.
This used to be a wonderful property to stay at when our kids were younger. Clearly something has changed and it is not for the better.

Hotel is being renovated so there is some construction. Still it is an excellent place to stay. No waffles for 3 days. A little disappointing. But I will always stay here when I’m Tulsa.

Bathtub didn't work. The air went out i call the front desk and told them I have a medical condition and i can't be in the heat too long Tina at tht front desk stated to me i have a medical condition too and so do everyone else. The room was full of ants.

The property is under major construction but our room was very clean and nice. It was very quite. The breakfast on Sunday morning was EXCELLENT! Reno supposed to be done by Nov or Dec 2024. Once it's done, it's going to be an awesome hotel. I'm sure the price will match the reno job. We were very lucky to get it cheaper. Of course because it's under renovation.

The hotel is under major renovation and why it was a cheaper price. But our room was very clean, it was quiet and the Sunday morning breakfast was EXCELLENT. The pool is not open right now and basically only have a gym but you can't expect much with the reno. Reno not supposed to be done until Nov/Dec 2024 but we will stay again if in Tulsa before then. We highly recommend.

Hotel under renovation. Has been purchased by Hilton. Didn't know that when booking. Have stayed here a number of times in the past. In a great location for my purposes. Was surprised to learn Sat morning that they don't serve a hot breakfast on weekends. Interesting.

Currently under renovation. Both elevators were filthy with construction dust / debris. Construction stops at 6:00 PM, but no one cleans the elevator or floor until the next day apparently.
Breakfast was virtually non-existent. The desk clerk said the food prep employee didn't show up. Apparently you can only get cereal and bagels then.
Can't recommend until the construction is complete; then I might consider giving them another try.

The hotel is currently under construction and the outside lights were clustered on the ground by the front entrance, the outside door could not be entered from the outside, you had to walk around the building and go in the front door. The deadbolt on our door would not lock.

My stay was fine and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is going through renovations, so that's the only reason why it doesn't have 5 Stars Across the Board from me.
However, I was in town for business and it was centrally located for my needs and budget friendly as my stay was only a few days.

We could not figure out the shower. It was clean and convenient. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling the next morning and the bathroom floor was wet. They are in the process of remodeling so something could have happened there.
