The staff was very, very friendly. However, I stayed five nights and nobody came to clean out my trash cans or give me new towels. We’d have to take our trash to the hallway trashcan by the elevators. If we want a new towels, we had to go ask for them. The pillows were very flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. If you only wanna stay there one or two nights and need something on the less expensive event however I would recommend it.

I was unable to get into my room due to key malfunction. Was disappointed after staff opened room with the size. I walked out and cancelled my reservation without staying even one day .

I had a stay of a week, within that week, I had I room service. I would never recommend anyone to stay there!! The room had Cobb webs, spiders and broken doors.

One night stay on 4th floor. Very nice clean room. Perfectly comfortable and had one easy chair. Hard surface floors good for pets rather than carpet. Had newer feel and all was in good condition. Window was dirty. Some freeway noise on that side, and a/c unit a bit noisy, but not bad. Also had hall noise and elevator dings, but slept well anyway. Disappointed that no breakfast, but Denny's was a short walk away. I was in a car towing another and found adequate parking room at back. Location a little isolated, but we felt safe. Would stay again.

The staff was great. The only problem I had with the hotel property is they had some homeless hanging out at the pool and the parking areas.

When we got there the lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful but that’s where it ends. I went downstairs a couple of hours later to ask for 2 extra pillows. The night desk guy rudely replied “don't you have any in your room?” I said “ yes but we each use 2” and he acted like he was a huge inconvenience to him to get up and check for extra pillows. Then we get up the next morning and there is a scorpion in our room. We kill it and take it downstairs when we check out and the woman said “we never had one in our hotel before. It must have come in one someone’s pants or bag”
Never apologized or anything. I stayed at some bad hotels before, but this is the worst and I will not be going back.

When we first entered the room we found a bowel movement floating in the toilet and there was only a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The fire alarm was missing off the ceiling, and overall the room was not clean. This was bad enough that we just left, we didn’t even want to ask for a different room.

The air conditioner took three days to finally cool down. Room service only would come once a week (Wednesday). Dirty linen and towels had to be taken down to the lobby in replace of fresh linen and towels.

The latch lock on our door was broken, the A/C barely worked, the pillows were so flat and bed was awful. All around it was not comfortable at all.

Be ready for the tweakers that like to hang out at this hotel or even be staying here. The entire area inside/out smells of weed. The receptionist was rude, did not greet us upon arrival. The beds are horrible to the point of feeling the springs in the "mattress". Late at night there was people screaming and arguing in the middle of the hallway. On our 2nd day, police were called to a room in our hallway/floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was a very horrible experience my husband and myself will not be getting a room from that red roof locsrion until they get bew over night staff at that location. We came for a relaxing weekend and almost walked out in handcuffs

The whole hallway smelled like cigarettes. There were two different beds in the room. One soft and comfortable the other hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the whole place was under construction. Maybe we just came in the middle of it. The pool was dirty and I don’t think I would stay there again
