I really like this place. I've stayed twice for a total of 3 nights in the last month and everything has been excellent from reservation> check-in> stay and checkout. Big space for the price and in a very nice secluded spot.

Unit definitely needs cleaning and renovation. Just an overall feeling especially the windows and screens. The roads within the complex are horrible with so many pot holes. The gate to the community is always open; so much for security. There was very loud trash collection at 7am 2 days in row
Since there is no checkin desk or staff onsite there was no info as to whether we could get any additional supplies such as coffee.
No facilities (pool, gym, etc) which were advertised at booking were open. They sent an email a few days before check in to tell us this when I'm sure it was known weeks before at booking. They should have offered compensation.
They say this discount "Gray Card" is included in your stay, but it's impossible to use as it says "your membership has expired." North Bay Resort said we had to contact Gray Card directly which provided no help. Regardless one of the restaurants which supposedly offered a discount with this Card never heard of it.

Beautiful place in a beautiful area. There was space galore in our condo, with gas fireplace and big deck overlooking the woods. We will be back!

This property was pretty much what we were expecting: adequate, but nothing special. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking into the forest. The furniture was well-used and a little shabby. The exterior areas of the property could use some attention (peeling paint, etc). The room itself and the linens were very clean and it was overall very comfortable. No real complaints for the price!

We showed up and the inside of the house was 92 degrees. After asking why the AC won't turn on they just said it doesn't work and they supplied a fan. Looking for a refund.

Beautiful little apartment!! Nice big balcony with a view of the trees and wildlife. All you need to bring is clothes and food. So peaceful.

Was emailed about earlier check in time which was great. Found place clean on arrival, we only spent one night here but place was cozy, clean and large for the two of us. Will definitely book again when visiting area.

This property had beautiful surroundings. However prospective guests staying in Sugar pine --especially elderly ones with knee problems!! --should be warned about the 18 steep steps involved in getting to the basement condo

I didn't like how the gym, tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities were promised and I was only notified about none of these being available to me after booking and paying for my stay. It would've been nice if I was warned beforehand that not one of these amenties advertised would be available for my stay due to as the host said, " unforeseen circumstances".
TLDR: Nice last minute place to stay at if you have no other options, but not if you wanna enjoy amenties that are advertised.

It was a pleasant experience, we, together with family friends stayed during the weekend and we enjoyed our time there. Place is clean and well maintained. Our unit is big enough for the family of four. We were supplied of what we needed.

It's a good deal for the price. Complete kitchen, spacious and cozy. Nice fireplace and balcony. Housekeeping help us set up the chairs and tables outside so we could grill and eat our lunch outdoors. 12 mins from the village. There was enough snow on the property for the kids to enjoy.

In the woods. Private road. Like at home. Very affordable prices. Will definitely come back Gd willing. Just a heads up, bring appropriate winter tires or some tire chains in winter season. Thanks again the family loved it.
