terrible

We went to check in, only to walk through a construction zone. When we were detoured to a closet to find the front desk employee she informed us there is no pool and no hot breakfast available because of the construction mess. This would have been helpful knowing when i was booking. I would never had booked there. I canceled my reservation and went across the street and had a wonderful stay there. Don't bother!

Had reserved a king and was placed into a double queen. Didnt know about the construction and so it was kinda messy. The room was decent though the service was very helpful and apologetic for the messy.

Under revocation, lobby was closed, had to use a side door entrance, bagged breakfast was give because there was no breakfast area due to Reno. Elevator was creepy. Room was fine once you got there.

The beds were clean and the bathrooms were clean. However construction was horrible, there was no notice that the pool or the included breakfast was no longer available, the doors were not lined up correctly so the locks BARELY locked in our room which was supposed to have been newly renovated… There was a makeshift ramp to a random door to enter the facility and the workers were extremely unprofessional and rude. Pay extra and stay elsewhere!!!!

This property is currently under construction, There's no access to pools, no access to snacks, meals, venfing machines or anything like that on site. The rooms that have been renovated are beautiful but lack of everything else was very disappointing. We arrived at 11 PM and because there was nothing to eat or drink on-site, not even water, we had to turn around leave the hotel and go elsewhere to try to find something to take evening vitamins with. Very inconvenient!

We booked a king suite with a pool and hot breakfast but when we got there we found out the hotel was under renovation which we were never informed about, there was no pool available a sacked breakfast (gross) which we choose not to partake in and they no longer have king beds so we got 2 queens which left the room very cramped and the jacuzzi tub is no longer in the room, we basically had a regular room with a small love seat where the tub used to be but there is no light there so readings out , the TV won't turn that far around so that's out just a huge waste of space. We had a different hotel but it had no pool so we rebooked to get a pool but we were not informed that it was unavailable.

They gave a sack breakfast instead of letting us know that there’s no hot breakfast it was noisy and dirty from the construction as well as the beds not being comfortable after driving 16 hours that evening the pillows were terrible as well the smelled like dirty feet

First off we didn't know that the hotel was under construction for renovations. This was a family trip and we planned to use the pool and sauna to soak. They were closed. I went back and looked at the listing from hotels.com and then saw there was a thin line (Definitely should be more BOLD) thru the word pool. So my bad. Our check in was a bit late in the day so there wasn't time to look for a different stay. We decided to bite the bullet and stay here anyways. Next we discovered the internet wasn't working. When we went to call down to the desk our phone wasn't working. These issues were not resolved. In the morning we received a "covid" brown bag for the infamous breakfast, remember that old ad - "should of stayed at holiday inn express". Yaaa nope. Bag consisted of either an apple or a banana and a muffin. Beds were very hard. We booked for six people and thankfully we brought some of our own bedding since there wasn't enough for all. Also on our final morning my family left early and I stayed to sleep a bit longer. The room attendant and the front desk were both informed by my wife that i was still in the room sleeping and to please not disturb me. But shortly thereafter the room attendant came in the room and woke me up. Ok so that was the bad. To be fair here is the good. It was very hot while we were there and the AC worked great! Nice cold air with good flow. The shower had fantastic pressure and was quite hot and the blackout curtains worked too

A notice that the lobby was non existent due to remodeling would have been appreciated. No breakfast available. Just coffee on a cart in a small, dirty hallway. The room was updated and nice.

I usually love my stay with this hotel brand but I was unaware when booking that my hotel would be under renovation. Our room was right above constant noise from the renovation. One of our nights we were woken up at 8am from banging, sawing, and other noises so loud it shook our beds. The noise was constant. I think our room was directly above the renovation. I was not happy!

This was not so good since they are under construction. I would have went somewhere else anywhere else i wish the app would have said it was under construction.. i got another Covid Breakfast in a brown paper sack

The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. This hotel is remodeling so at 8am it got super loud and our tub was clogged. Once this gets finished it will be a lovely place to stay but just be aware of this if you have a late night and need to sleep in.

They are doing remodeling we stayed on the 4th floor which is completely remodeled it was really nice and I would stay at this property again

It isn't the nicest property but they were in the middle of remodeling. I would like to go back after the they are done and see if it makes a difference. The pool and hot tub could use some TLC but my daughter enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The rooms here are nice we stay every time we have work in the area They are going through a remodel and you could not tell. The hotel was clean and the noise was very minimal

The Hotel is no longer pet friendly as of January 1st, but the website states they are pet friendly. They were under construction and offered no discounts. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good and had a variety to meet all types of people’s likes. The lady at checkin was super nice and friendly. The hotel is located near many restaurants and close to shopping and theaters.

We didn’t get to go. It was non-cancelable and we had a horrible snowstorm so we couldn’t get there so we lost our money.

Upon arrival they tried to put us in a room different from what we had booked, we had booked a sweet with a jetted tub. According to the front desk they had not checked their bookings and had closed down the third floor for construction, the fourth floor was already closed. We started looking for another room at another place and was told that they were putting the room back in order and we could get stay in the room we had booked at 3:45 so we waited and got the key. The keys would not work so I had to get another one that worked. The construction workers did not shut down in the room next door until after 7pm. Tearing down the bed banging into the wall making all kinds of noise. The room was clean but the 3rd floor was a mess. Lamps and other construction materials in the hall. The ladies at the front desk were kind but this was one of the worst stays we have had to date.

The hotel is being remodeled and updated. The door locks are old and only worked half the time. The first room we were given had such a powerful smell it gave us a headache and we had to be moved to another room. The staff were incredibly nice about it.
