Difficult to get into. Construction on nearest cross street.

The overall stay was acceptable but the shower had a very poorly fit door, causing lots of water to spill on the floor.

My stay was convenient and pleasant except for 1 front desk staff by the name of Megan. Although she was nice she dropped the ball when I asked if she could have my room cleaned and fresh towels since I would be staying longer. And when asked for just 1 hr check out time so that I could go back at lunch to retrieve my belongs she was adamant she could not make this accommodation even though the hotel was not even to half capacity.

Bathrooms were old and well used. Definitely needs updating. Walls had peeling paint. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were only there to sleep and keep going on our trip. For the price it worked.

They didn’t have my reservation. I called hotels.com. I had a very difficult time getting to someone with your system. When I did, your representative was fighting with them and they couldn’t get it resolved. The hotel finally got me a room after over a half hour in the lobby. I asked if I would get credit for my booking. He assured me I would, but I still don’t believe him. He sent the hotel several emails that said nothing that they needed. He was no help. I’m NOT a happy customer and he didn’t care. I am sharing my experience with others. I also respond to how was your check in. I shared all of this information and have heard nothing from you.

there were 2 things that we found to be good, the free breakfast(not really free with an average of $200.00 dollars a night) was good and filling. 2nd, the bed was comfortable enough to get a nights sleep. this being the main reason for getting a motel. However, the T.V. reception was very poor, most of the time we were in the room it didn't work, the room itself was very small, there was a bumpout in the room that turned out to be the shower, the shower was very roomy, but the bumpout used up alot of the already small room. We had to drive a couple of miles to find a place to eat . We probably will look for another motel the next time we go to Nampa, there is a Shilo Inn right across the freeway. Allen H.

I have been staying at this hotel for years now, when coming into Idaho. Front desk was terrific, as well as breakfast. My only complaint is that for a three night stay, our room never got cleaned, once.

We had a decent stay. For some reason our room was very humid, even with the air on. When we 1st walked in the smell of the cleaning products were so strong it was a little unbearable. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk was very nice $ check in/check out was simple and fast
