We are looking to buy a house in Kerrville and just needed an inexpensive place for a night or two. This fit the bill, the bed is a bit hard, but the room was clean and the property is well taken care of.

Room Temperature very hot, AC took hours to cool down the room.

Pool was locked and inoperable. Bathroom doof wouldn't close all the way. Jets in tub didn't work. In all dingy.

Hot tub down, room was in dark corner with no lighting when saw room that were in open areas? Otherwise was ok.

The welcome as you check in was pleasant and he was very accommodating for each of my requests Breakfast was simple but good

Bathroom door was warped

We enjoyed our stay very much the customer service was excellent the beds were comfortable daily changing of towels and making beds very quiet, so we had a a very restful sleep will stay there again when we return to Kerrville, Texas they were able to accommodate our request very pleased Thanks

I truly appreciate the hospitality that the hotel showed us when we were staying there. We had some things happen that were no fault of the hotel, yet the hotel was still very undstanding and helpful.

Bed were very uncomfortable sinking in pool is tiny not enough parking

The breakfast was not very good. There were no protein options and the coffee was lukewarm.

Staff was awful.

Service was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Over all a good night stay

AC did not get cold enough. out dated. Arrived on site at 1:10. they would not let me check in till 2:00. I just wanted to check in and go on about my business. they said if they did i would have to pay 50.00 More. So i did not.

I will say for the age of this hotel it was not bad. The bed was good, sheets were kind of scratch but towels were very soft. Housekeeping was very quick and overall our room was clean. There are some upgrades needed and I could not understand the young lady that checked us in. She only set our key for one night when we were booked for two so that was inconvenient. Room was fairly quiet. Good buy for the money.

It needs detailed cleaning. The keycard was disabled each day of the stay, so I kept having to waste time going to the office and waiting for someone to show up to reactivate it. There was a guy standing around on the upstairs walkway, so I had to take the long way around and hope for the best, the staff did ask him to stay in his room once requested.

Staff was good, rooms were decent. Beds were terrible and hurt our backs. King bed sagged and queen bed was too hard. No Christian channels at all on the TV. At home I get SBN, TBNI, TBN, CTN, Daystar, IMPCT and VICTR. Seven Christian channels. I was on a Carnival cruise ship last summer and the beds were the best I had ever slept in better than mine at home. This motel used to have decent beds but they have gone bad. If I don't have decent beds and can't get my Christian channels on TV I don't want to stay there. At a bare minimum you should get SBN, Daystar, TBNI and CTN but really they should have all seven of them.

It’s old and not in good shape. Staff very nice and accommodating. It’s a never again for us.

The checkin person was very hard to understand

The advertised a hot tub, why I chose the place, and it was broken. Bummer. The desk guy could have known places that deliver food (or services available)

The room was small, the roll in shower was so small that if you put the seat down, you couldn't hardly get in the shower. The bed was hard as a rock and the sofa was worn out, felt like spprings coming thru the cushions. I booked this stay because it had a hot tub (i have severe arthritis)but it was not working, didn't even have water in it. Will not be back

This facility is old and not clean to the standard we would expect for a room well over 100 dollars . We were lucky to have found a parking spot for our U-Haul off site on the adjacent road . I booked this hotel because on Expedia it adverdtised truck bud rv parking . This is not true. Very limited parking . Desk staff was nice and helpful but overall disappointed in the attention to cleanliness and upkeep especially for a ‘best western’ . Breakfast was really bad . Breakfast room very hot and humid apparently so you don’t stay in there long and eat too much stale cereal or old fruit . Really bad excuse for a breakfast

To start with it was filthy!!!!! Stuck to floor with shoes! !! Bed was hard as a rock, slab of cement!!!! Bedding sheets and cover to small small. Mirror had something smeared on it. Hair and toothpaste in sink. Hair in bathtub! It was absolutely most horrible room I have ever stayed in. Day's inn's have always been good for me!

It’s not a 5 star resort but it’s decent and served the purpose for what we needed.

This place was just adequate, rather run down. Jacuzzi is broken. Bare minimum breakfast. If you are not going to offer juice as an option, please at least offer water to drink. I would not stay there again if given a choice.

The place was clean, the staff plesant but the breakfast was a joak. Coffe was cold and tasted horrible each morning

Road noise. Lingering smell of cleaning solution in room. Staff was friendly and available. Booking was easy and dependable.

To start, a nickel-size spider skittered across the floor in the lobby during checkin and the man checking in people announced guests room numbers. the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was not working. Not a great start but we were exhausted. The floor in our room was visibly dirty. After 30 mins in the room our feet were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The walls had visible dirt, the toilet paper holder was rusted out. I dont even know how a wall above a shower gets dirty! Like how? Gross. The ONLY good thing I can say is the beds appeared to be clean. Finally, we paid $1100tostay here due to “eclipse” pricing despite the day of arrival there were rooms available at a rack rate of $200-300. It was grubby. At any price point one should be able to have a clean room.

We were traveling through following the eclipse, so the rates were very high and our room was accidentally given to another patron with a similar name. The management was very gracious and offered us a replacement room, but it was not sufficient for our needs, so they processed a refund.

No elevator. The description on Expedia states that this property has an elevator, but it does not.

Older but a clean comfortable place to stay.
