This place is central and easy to get in/out of. Spotlessly clean. 30 seconds from all the attractions in Hill City. External doors on at least one side (in additional to internal doors) that are SO handy. Great location for the BDR!! The lovely, friendly, upbeat woman that keeps everything running at breakfast should be an ambassador to the South Dakota Visitor's Bureau. She is an absolute surprise and bonus to the experience. All staff were super helpful and friendly. I will say (this is totally beyond staff control) that this location needs to replace it's awful (awful) green/brown hot tub situation. It makes you think "omg" as you stare into it's green/brown abyss and decide to not step foot in it. The wonderful (wonderful!) staff explained (at length) that the liner is stained and how the hot tub is rigorously cleaned and emptied every other day. All of which was so appreciated and helpful, but there better solutions to this. Put in a nice emerald green liner so your poor staff doesn't have to go through the ick conversation. And avoid pictures from your guests of hot tubs that look like baby diapers and truck tires have had their final rinsing in it. I mention this because we were on backroads all day and I chose this location because the PICTURES on hotels.com of the hot tub looked great and we hurt. These pictures are not accurate and so this portion of the experience was most disappointing. Otherwise, this place is great. It's staff are great.

We had a wonderful one week stay at EverSpring. We definitely appreciated the hotel cleanliness and the quality of breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the apartment across the street. We were concerened about lots of stairs but it was not an issue. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had a great view from the front deck area. The highway was noisy while sitting outside but could not hear it inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm cookies when we arrived. Nice touch. The breakfast was good too. Overall very nice stay.

I stayed in a Highline Apartment, across from the hotel. It’s easy to get in and out of and close to all the wonderful things the Black Hills has to enjoy. The apartment was clean, spacious and had most of the essential kitchen amenities needed. My only suggestion is that they provide dish soap and some sort of way to dry dishes. There was no drying rack, dish towels or paper towels. Also, more hangers would be awesome. There were 4 plastic hangers and no dresser, so It became a little complicated to unpack during my 5 day stay. None of this takes away from the great experience, it would just enhance the experience. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Easy ability to check in. Had an end room by the stairs which was a little noisy when people entered the building and went upstairs. Clean rooms though.

Hotel was in a great location; we could walk downtown very easily and the bike trail was right out back! Staff ever so friendly; patio area with gas fire pit and covered deck.

We were hesitant to stay at an unfamiliar hotel, however, it worked out great. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, and location was ideal for a visit of the Mt Rushmore area.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was phenomenal and everything was restocked immediately. Only issue we had was we were on the second floor and they don’t have an elevator. Carrying all the bags up was a hassle. Just ask for a room in the first floor.

The property is older but the rooms were fine. The staff were pleasant. Walkable to downtown area near shopping and dining. Only complaint is the air conditioner made noise all night long but it was cool enough. Beds were very comfortable which is a big thing coming from me.

Everything was great! They were accommodating and the breakfast was great! Great place to stay for a fun Mt Rushmore visit.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The rooms were neat and tidy, our only complaint is the pool and hot tub were not very clean

A little mixup checking in ,but wss resolved shortly. The water pipes make loud clanging noised, and could use a doggy bag dumpter. But friendly staff and beautiful weather.

The staff were great. Nancy was especially helpful. The young lady who took care of the breakfast area was friendly, efficient and kept the food well stocked. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping services excellent.

I spend 45 nights a year in a hotel/motel. This one of the very best in every way!

Good choice for staying

The Mickelson Trail is right out back of the hotel. Road 30 miles on the trail and enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and a good breakfast. Only downside is the rooms facing the road are noisey so would recommend asking for a room on the back side facing the trail.

I loved how clean our rooms are. They’re also very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had so may options. Its close to all the attractions we went to and restaurants in the area.
