The staff was wonderful. Alex checked us in, he was very polite and informative of everything. The lady in the breakfast area was super friendly! She asked if we needed anything checked to make sure there was enough food (we ate right before the breakfast service was over). I didn't get the means namee that checked us out, he was very funny, super polite as well. Only issue we had the sprinkler alarm went off in the middle of the nigh. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Which we understood, stuff happens. I'd highly recommend this place. t

Everything was good except the room had a strong smell, almost like a cigarette smell. Otherwise we were very pleased

Everything was enjoyable for our stay. The manager was able to accommodate our early check in after a long drive. I’d like to thank Ms Katherine in the breakfast room. She was very delightful and took great care of us.

There were two roaches in the room. The shower pressure was awful and the air did not circulate well. Felt very humid

Arrived at the property 30 min after check. Room was not ready. Waited about 15 min until clerk told me that an alternative room was available. Got the keys, walked in the room and immediately noticed a loud stench of urine. Returned to the desk and requested a full refund.

Great place?

Traveling through so one night only stay. The front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff were over the top friendly and so helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room needs a cleaning, specifically vacuuming the floors. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price.

The rooms were a bit shabby. The customer service was excellent when we checked in at 10pm, but the staff in the morning wasn’t friendly.

We stayed at this hotel twice. On the way to DC and on the way home. The gentleman at the front desk was not very kind. We arrived late both trips. Between 9-11 pm. Both times we had sarcastic comments and general unfriendliness. We almost left the second time. Won’t stay again.

I slept all night peacefully, but the staircase needs to be cleaned & refreshed.

It wasn’t the best place we’ve ever stayed, but it wasn’t the worst either. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were holes in the walls around the outlets, and the bathroom was chipped and outdated. Water sprayed everywhere when you took a shower and the toilet paper holder was not screwed into the wall, so fell off every time you used it.

Enjoyed our stay.

Jay checked us in quickly, a few minutes before the check-in time of 3:00 EST on April 25th. He was very nice and shared some suggestions for food in the area. This property is right off the interstate and is close to many places to eat and shop. We were on the 3rd floor, room 309. The king bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed for one night. We had traveled to Knoxville to attend a concert downtown, which was approximately 13 miles away. Thankfully, I had been to Knoxville within the last two years and knew that traffic was a nightmare going into downtown. We left our room at 5:15 and arrived at the parking garage in 45 minutes, just in case some might need a point of reference.  The next morning, after sleeping very comfortably, we went downstairs and had coffee, juice, hot waffles, and sausage. There were also yogurt, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Kathryn kept the area spotless and replenished it often. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Knoxville area. Downtown, a room goes for $200 a night, and I doubt it would have provided better amenities or a great night's sleep. 

The woman that tracked me in was fantastic. She was so helpful with giving me information that I needed at the time. Then in the morning, the woman working preparing the breakfast food was also such a big help. Staff makes all the difference in the world, and you should appreciate the ones that you have. I don't think

Very clean, friendly employees from the front desk to breakfast attendant, comfortable, easy access and parking. Breakfast was good.

The facility was clean and a nice bargain for the price. It was probably renovated recently. Overall very happy and my new go to place for a nice price point.

Super nice hotel; not sure what other reviwers are complaining about! Friendly staff, HOT water in the shower, comfy bed, and not rundown. We got down for breakfast a little later than i wanted, but still plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I was getting out of the car at the hotel and this guy walked up to me and asked me if I had a lighter. Said no. Followed me inside, got on the elevator. Barked like a dog, super loud. Got off the same floor as me, was walking behind me.. could hear his slippers across the floor. I walked past my room headed to the end of the hall and he finally went into a room, so I came back to my room. Had sores all over his face. Another dude was just sitting in the lobby. I was perplexed that the attendant took a photo copy of the Identification presented at check-in and kept the photo copy with some checkin information. When asked how long those copies are on file the reply was indefinite and it's thier policy. The room and stay was comfortable but might be a question I ask of hotels in the future.
