Great place in very nice neighborhood. Front desk was very kind & helpful. Nice easy walk to the Olympic Stadium & nearby restaurants Private gated parking lot was really convenient. Indoor pool facilities were a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Superb out of central location and well priced. My only criticism is no air conditioning or fans in the room which when it’s hot, the rooms get very warm. Otherwise wonderful staff and great facilities the pool and sauna are fantastic too.

Perfect hotel near Messe Berlin.
I ve been at the hotel for the last 5 years but I think the pool area should be included in the roomcosts. Think this is a sellingpoint and hope it will be included.

This is a very pleasant and priately owned hotel in the western part of Berlin. Conventiently located close to many immediate walkable adventures, idealy located close to Deutsche Bahn Spandau train station and the closest subway station not even 5 minutes away. Very safe area with great little ethnic restaurants

A nice small hotel in a family neighborhood. Clean rooms, excellent beds and nice bathrooms. Well run and pleasant front desk. Good for business but few amenities. Ideal for Messe a 15 minute easy walk.

from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Thornton, I knew the stay was going to be memorable. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Messe where I had to go. Breakfast was very nice and could sit outside to enjoy the meal.

Hotel and people are really nice and it was a very nice place to stay quiet outside of the downtown easy to access everything and if we are coming back I will stay again at the same hotel

It was extremely hot and we only had a small fan in the room. The fridge wasnt working properly and we were told to put a few drinks in it cause its a camper fridge and not to open it many times. The rooms arent sound proof you can hear everything that happens on rooms opposite yours. The pool was broke on arrival and was fixed a week later when we had a couple of days left.

Hotel Villa Kastania is a great place to stay. Staff is super friendly and was there for anything we needed. They spoke fluent English. A little farther outside the city but the subway system in Berlin is amazing so that wasn't too much of an issue.

Very nice small hotel in a nice location. Several good restaurants close by including good traditional German food. Subway station also close plus many other shops. Staff super friendly and rooms nice and modern with a nice balcony. Definitely recommendable.

This is a classy property in a lovely neighborhood. Access to the U and S trains is convenient. The pool is Devine and bigger than it shows on the photo. Very clean and the whole property is meticulously maintained. Thanks Villa Kastania for making our Berlin stay perfect. And yes, there is a safe, just ask for the key.

This hotel is very nice. They have a heated pool, hamman and sauna. The room was large and the bathroom was large as well. The prices for beverages and snacks from the mini bar are very high.

A very nice hotel--and very European! Loved the room and the neighborhood, which included excellent restaurants and shopping! And even though my room was not uncomfortable in the hot weather, I would suggest central air conditioning for a future renovation. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely area, quiet but just off a main road with plenty of eating/shopping/drinking options and just a few moments walk from the underground station. A great base for visits to the Olympiastadion.Very friendly welcome on arrival and throughout stay. Room a little old fashioned but spotlessly clean and very spacious. Huge ensuite with a great shower, good water pressure and two wash basins. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

we booked this hotel partly due to the good reviews and partly because we know the area very well,( we worked across from theodor heuss platz
in the eighties) and it is very close to restaurants and the u bahn the hotel is is in a quiet street,the staff are very helpful and friendly and after a day of sightseeing and walking about in a very hot Berlin, the pool was a great way to cool down, we used it every day and we always had it to ourselves, the kettle and the fan was a great touch I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be back, many thanks , Mrs Baillie (room 41)

The hotel is in a quiet area with all main attractions easily accessible with the efficient transport network. The hotel is very clean and the staff were fantastic. The pool is also an added bonus. Would recommend this hotel.

Older hotel, well maintained, nestled into a quiet street of 1950's apartment buildings. Unlike most of busy Berlin, there was almost no street noise audible from the room. The property is older, but VERY well maintained. Lots of restaurants within two or three blocks.
