Very pleased we chose this hotel. All staff were very polite and efficient. Could not find fault with the room or service and the free tea,coffee,cake, croissants in reception was very nice although personally I missed having a kettle in the room. Food availablity and quality good at the adjacent restaurant.

We didn’t have a good start. Finding the hotel was a nightmare. We tried to stay off toll roads and had has go around in circles trying to find the entrance. We arrived to find it more of a truck stop on the tollway. Not a single photo or comment of it being only accessible from toll road unless you had prior info and got the back gate opened. On first impression we weren’t happy. The buffet breakfast is located off site a short wet cold walk for us. There was coffee and pastries in lobby though. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Views look at city. Mountain. River and cows. So once inside all was good. Just the initial arrival could have been a lot better if a simple comment or photo of back private access could have been explained. Otherwise a nice stay.

Excellent hotel. Looks like a UK motorway service station stop from the outside, but could not be further from it once inside. All the rooms face away from the road so is totally quiet. Free tea/coffee/cakes/croissants in reception. The Marche next door for dinner has great food options and is immaculate.

A beautiful first place.

Very convenient location, easy to find and lots of parking. Room was spacious, nothing fancy but all you need for a stopver.The staff was very friendly and helpful - great job. We would book again for a stopover.

So convenient, just off the motorway. Staff were very helpful, freezing our ice packs & loaning replacements to keep our food cool. Complimentary hot & cold drinks in the lobby along with some cakes & pastries.

Typical hotel by the highway. Basic room. No fridge. A/C noisy. Very small bathroom. Good for one night stay.

The price for our connecting rooms was very reasonable, staff was friendly, and the discount for the amazing restaurant right across the street was great.

I arrived past 22:00, the official closing time and would leave before 5 am the next day. The young lady went the extra mile to assure swift check-in, although I should have done this at the machine. The card for electric charging was already locked down, however she assisted me on this as well. The hotel may be very proud of this very kind and helpful professional.

As a courtesy to the guests, the hotel does not charge you for recharging your electric vehicle! Very much appreciated!

For a motorway stopover this hotel is amazing. Our room was comfortable and well decorated with a great view out to the mountains and the Bellinzona castles. There are spacious and attractive communal areas both inside and outside and the provision of free coffee, flavoured waters and cakes is a delightful touch. The adjacent Marche restaurant is excellent with a wide choice of freshly prepared dishes. This was a superb overnight stop on our journey from Italy but would also make a pleasant base for a longer stay to explore the area. It is very good value for Switzerland.

It is a bit difficult to locate. Staff was good, water & coffee available 24 hours.

I am disappointed with expedia. When I went to the front desk, the staff did not find my reservation but expedia already charged my credit card. The staff was helpfully to resolve my all situation.

We stayed only one night. The accommodations were great, the people were wonderful, more friendly than the rest of the stays we had in Switzerland. There is a food court place next door and a coop which is super convenient, and a gas station. And it’s so close to the Old Town, about 12 minute drive. It’s easy to find from the freeway. The only drawback is the 18wheeler trucks that are parked close to the hotel. But the people here were super nice, my check in was wonderful!

Excellent hotel, easily accessible. Breakfast at Marché for 15 CHF is great. We had a great stay, and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, more of an American style with larger rooms. And air-conditioning extremely clean and very very good condition and very well insulated very quiet . Very happy with the place would definitely stay there again. Downside for some people, this is an interstate Hotel However it is very insulated so it’s very quiet quiet. One of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. It’s good if you have a car but if you’re taking the train or other transport it would not be very convenient. You can walk to it from town, but it’s quite far away and there’s nothing around it other than a truckstop restaurant It’s fine if you have a car I just would recommend walking to it.

Good location just after the Gotthardtunnel. Friendly personnel. Nice breakfast buffet on 2 minutes walking distance of the hotel. Free parking in front of the hotel. Only flaw: the matras of the beds feels like a wooden plate, but this is acceptable for just one night.

Perfect place to stay and relax for a day or two

Average motel. The photos on the Hotels page are deceptive because the area looks nicer than it really is. It's right by a major motorway with lots of trucks parked nearby. One of our bedside tables was still dirty with food & we had to wipe it. To eat any decent food you have to walk to the nearby Marche' whose prices are exorbitant.
