Terrible

There were blood stains on the sheets. There were stains on the chair, just covered up by the cushion. Tears in the desk chair and stains on the floor. There was black mold in the refrigerator and mold on the sprinkler. While I did not need a 4–5-star hotel I did need a clean hotel. Unfortunately, I could not stay. It was unbelievable. I cannot believe Wyndham's name is associated with quality this bad. This is definitely being reported to both Wyndham Hotels and Maryland Board of Health.

The property did not look like the pictures and there was an odd smell in the room.

A lot of times the cheaper hotels are terrible. That was not the case for this hotel. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. That made me happy. The last 2 hotels I went to did not. There were some loud people on my floor, but not too bad. Uber people knocking on my door when I did not Order anything. Overall, I like this place.

The quality of people living there, more homeless in that motel. Not a safe place

Horrible experience. Extremely dirty old unkempt room. Noisy heater. Dirty beddings ! Horrible horrible horrible place! Pls do not book to stay here.

Breakfast was really NOT a breakfast at all. Folks who checked us in were friendly.

I would have preferred a room on the top floor But was refused st checkin. “The way i bought the room” was a factor…..what the hell does that even mean…….

This property felt unsafe and the room was unsanitary. We requested a cancellation of the property from Expedia, but since we had already checked in, they were unable to process it. The hotel refused to issue a refund and we left the property without staying overnight. I can submit pictures of the unsanitary, unclean bed linen and dirty room.

In my room, I can find next items: visibly rusty iron products, dark cigarette smell, thin blankets (even in winter), punctured blankets (possibily by cigarette), towels and shampoo but no basic amenities such as soap, bottled water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, weak sound insulation.

The receptionist was rude and not helpful. After putting money in the vending machine for a drink it wouldn’t produce the item I went to the receptionist for help but she specifically said “they don’t help customers” very weird individual.

The price was the most convenient thing.

The "no smoking" room smelled of cigaretes even though i specifically told them that my kid had asthma so they decided to offer spray but that definitly would not work so i had to check out of the motel not even 30 minutes later to go to a holiday inn which was 100× better and cleaner than this place.

I wasn't sure about mask mandates because they haven't taken down the warning. However, seeing the signs around helped me realize the impacts of the pandemic abroad. I don't remember mask laws where I was visiting from. It's kind of cute though.

Seems as though it would take much to improve the bathroom conditions. Black mold is not acceptable from a health standpoint.

This motel is terrible. The carpets were ultra dirty and the entire motel super smelly. The location is shady too. The service was okayish. Would never recommend for the price. Not staying here again.

The Stay was just average. Should be proper breakfast not just coffee and muffin.

The room was dirty, there were cobwebs in the corner of the room. My socks got filthy from walking on the carpet. The shower/tub drain was very slow, by the time you got done with your shower you were standing in 6" of water. The sink drain was just as slow as the tub. The bathroom walls were dirty, looks like they are never washed/cleaned.

It is clean inside. A little noisy.

Room needs a update. The bathtub was old and peeling. The interior room walls were stained and peeling also.

The room was clean, but the property needs serious renovations. I did find a roach in the bathroom but that was the only one I saw.

I like how they attend to customers and clean our rooms.

This hotel is terrible. It smells very bad in both the hallways and in the room. The bathroom had no bath towels or soap. They should pay me to stay here. Stay away!

When we checked in, the receptionist took a long time with my license and was shaking her head. After an extended time, she confirmed that we were registered for a room and gave use keys. There was no hair dryer in the first room, so we asked to move to another room that had a hair dryer. I found out the next morning, that although there was a hair dryer in our second room, it did not work. The receptionist was not very willing to give us a second room that had a hair dryer. The hallways smelled like weed and the stairwell smelled like urine. Our first room didn't smell good either. Thankfully our second room smelled better. Bed linens did not look very clean. Neither did any carpets in the whole place. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no cold beverages or fruit. The humidity in the room was awful. I woke up at 1:30am from hearing people walking around in the room above us. I would never stay in this place again. We stayed in a hotel near Pittsburgh for the same exact price the following night and had a completely different positive experience.
