Very nice place clean good location, friendly people I will definitely go back

Clean and good staff

I usually don't stay at low level properties like Days Inn but I was in town for a Real Estate conference by myself and didn't want to spend as much on a room that I normally would at a higher end hotel. So I gave this Days Inn a shot based on the photos and price. The Staff was great, but that was about the only thing good about this place. My room was old and had roaches and flies and the air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor. Outside and in the complex were numerous homeless people and disabled people in motorized wheel chairs everywhere. One of them was a woman with no top on so her breasts were completely exposed. Also, there was loud fighting and people yelling late at night outside the room. The location of the Days Inn is hard to find because it's covered by trees and unkept shrubbery. And it's literally right off the street next to a Comfort Inn which you can get confused on the entrance. I definitely should've just shelled out the extra money to stay at the Holiday Inn across the street.

The air conditioner was not cold.

I wasn’t able to stay and had to go to 4 other hotels to find accommodation. I drove 8 hours and 45 mins to find out the hotel wouldn’t allow me to stay. This is something I wish I could have known when booking. It was a blessing because the hotel was not very appealing.

It was pleasant, clean and good value

This was an overnight visit while my house is getting ready for us to move in. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed extra items. Check in process was smooth. Since I prepaid, all the front desk associate needed was my identification.

I will never use Expedia again and you should really stop advertising places like that or atleast not advertise something so trashy, I had roaches the shower wouldn’t drain so things would come up my drain, the microwave worked on and off people outside at all hours talking super loud by windows

I am a regular for the times when I need a quiet get-away. Until this stay it's been great. The stay started going hill at check in when they said my card I used through Hotels had declined. So I went ahead and paid at check in. It turned out the payment had indeed gone through and the front desk girl had it wrong. She also put me upstairs when I asked for a ground floor. Strike two. The third strike was the wi fi was WAY slow and was constantly dropping off. Part of reason I check in is to do some work away from the office without distractions so with the bad wi fi I couldn't do that. Strike three. I was booked for two nights and in the morning I asked to switch rooms, one on the ground floor and closer to the wi fi access port. All I got was attitude. Strike four. I checked out but couldn't get refunded without jumping through many hoops on Hotels.com. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Affordable, good location, updated and spacious room. Staff at front desk very nice and helpful.

I was somewhat put off when we first arrived by the $100 deposit and the charge per dog to stay ($15) because I didn’t see this mentioned in the ad until I looked through the fine print. That said, this hotel was clean, comfortable and safe with a nice pool and nice place to walk your doggies. Staff was also nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our three day stay.

We loved the property very clean and organized. The rooms were very clean and easy for my family to get comfortable. The pool was excellent and my children enjoyed. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the breakfast options. No fresh fruit or protein.

Terrible experience. They charge a $100 deposit on top of the stay which is more than the rate. Drive around back to our room and there was a group of men standing at their truck drinking beer. As we exit there was an obvious prostitute walking around the back of the hotel. Once inside the room it smelled like filth covered with the aroma of fabuloso. Dead roaches and droppings on the floors, urine still in the toilet and a used bandaid taped to the bathroom mirror. Checked out as soon as we checked in. Really gross place, not for a family.

The room itself was decent enough claiming recent refurbishment but I’d give the makeover a B- based on the details, finish & fitment. The hotel exterior was not refurbished looking old, outdated and appeared dirty in many areas and is located in a sketchy part of town. Additionally, insufficient sound proofing - noisy residents woke me up at all hours.

You got what you paid for. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but it was clean and quiet.

For the price I paid, it was surprisingly clean. Everything else was basic. I couldn't find the front desk attendant when I tried to check out at 6am. Other than that, it was fine.

Old but remodeled. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

The staff who helped us at the check in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but you will find everything you need.

This was probably the worst experience I have had at this hotel. I have been here many times for my daughters tournaments. We spent 2 out of the 3 nights without the AC working. My kids, spouse, and I were sweating and after a long day at the fields to come back to the room to sweat some more was absurd. When we spoke to the office the first time they sent out a maintenance man to look at the unit and he advised us that we cannot bring the AC lower than 63 Degrees because the unit will freeze and stop working so we said ok set it at 63 and we will be ok. that night the AC did not kick in and when I went to speak to the office the second time they advised that they could not switch our rooms but will send maintenance again. When they came a second time they did not go in the room bc they noticed it was a "pet room" and just decided to not even knock (as per the maintenance man). Once I went to the office a third time, the manager advised that there was nothing that could be done. So I advised her that I would be checking out and disputing my charges with the bank. All of a sudden as we were packing the room, the maintenance man came with a brand new unit out of the box and replaced the AC (took all of about 15mins to do). The picture attached is the old AC unit when it was removed. No wonder it did not work. At the end of the day we spent 2 days without AC and not even an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" from management.

The front desk agent was very friendly and professional. Once I got to my room as I entered the room there was a musky smell. The room was overall clean. The bed was very lumpy and very uncomfortable. The beds are old. My second night I saw roaches throughout the room and around 2:00 am there were a gathering of individuals hanging out in the parking lot and the smell of weed came through the ac and made the rest of my night unbearale. That moring I went to the front desk and checkout of the hotel early as my stay was for 4 nights. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
