Room could use updates. The microwave should have been changed out years ago..,not very clean overall. Service was passable! Best part was the dog friendly-ness!

The bath water was lukewarm, the towels were pretty thin and the day time lady was not nice. The breakfast was meager with the bananas on the verge of over ripe.
No blow dryer, no coffee in the room
I would recommend only if you are there to sleep and leave.
Oh- safety was a concern I felt safe once I closed & locked the door

The hotel room we got was really clean and very spacious. We are a big family and it fit our needs. The desk helper, sorry I didn’t catch his name. Was a great help!

The check in was easy first red flag was they didn’t charge a deposit. There’s a lot of fast food places within walking distance but I doubt you’d want to go outside. Five minutes outside of the room we see a naked girl running around another nude man as we pulled out of the hotel. Definitely not a family friendly area. Breakfast is from 7 am to 9 am we went at 8:30 there was absolutely nothing left so they don’t restock. The room was disgusting!! Some guy came out of our room right as we were going in. The floor was dirty, the room smelled bad, there was water damage on the ceiling, black mold on the ceiling, the faucet wasn’t fastened to the sink, there were flies everywhere, the toilet ran all night, the bed would creak so loud when we would move, we heard the people walking upstairs, the sheets were stained, the couch was stained, the three pillows provided were small and flat, had people yelling outside our room all night, and we thought we heard a rat squeak at some point. I will never stay at a days inn ever again. I wouldn’t even pay $20 to stay here. My husband literally bought a mold spray to clean the ceiling so we could sleep there one night. We checked out two hours earlier cause we just wanted to get out of there.

Called in advanced because my car broke down and the male on the other line said I would be able to check in at 1 pm so I arrived 1:05 in my Uber. I go to check in and the lady present immediately has attitude and stated she was the only one present so there was no way I called her. I checked my phone and confirmed I called the number linked to the property via Apple Maps. She said that is the Wyndham number not ours so I just paid the $15 because I had no where else to go in the middle of Fresno and did not want her to become any more hostile. Got to my room and it smelled so horribly of smoke, let me preface I’ve endured my fair share of stinky hotel rooms and did not say anything, however this was causing me to get a headache. I returned to the front desk and kindly asked to be put in a non smoking room and I was put in a room 2 doors down that reeked of smoke as well, but not as bad so I just stayed as it seemed I was just going to have to deal with it. Homeless people in the parking lot in between freeway and hotel all night. Could be so much better and friendlier.

The room I received was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Appliances were dirty. You could tell nothing was cleaned.

So bad that we checked out 30 minutes after checking in. We’re trying to get a refund but it hasn’t happened yet. The room has stained furniture and the bathroom smells like old urine. The entire room smells like old cigarettes. A drug addict asked for money as soon as we arrived. We were at our car and still unloading. Bad. Just bad. There are better and cleaner options at other places in this price range.

The shower in the 1st room did not work. Had to move to another room. Requested one close to the laundry. We did not get that room but we did get the one next door. Easy move. The laundry facilities were sad. Only half of the machines worked.

Was able to check in early and idk if it was the owner or who it was but they came barging into the room saying no ones supposed to be here until 3pm but I paid an early entrance fee!! Was so disappointed!!

I’ve machine did not work part of time time. Sink was stopped up. Breakfast not restocked. No business center even though it’s advertised on the website. No room cleaning no matter how long your stay had to get cards rekeyed several times. Threadbare linens.

It was clean. And breakfast was great. They were attentive to my needs and very prompt. There's an in and out Burger across the street and occasionally someone would go Vrooming with they're souped up vehicle and it was busy with traffic all night, it seemed. I tried to walk and smoke and felt very uncomfortable with the guy in a white truck who kept going around us and following us. Otherwise, I stayed busy and we kept to ourselves.

This was a terribly old hotel and they did not clean the room prior to our arrival. Dust in the counters, floors were dirty they did not wet mop the wood looking floors. They gave us a room without a working toilet, I had to ask for another room, the rooms smelled of smoke and just not a very good experience. There were so many flies in the rooms. had to run them out the non screened window of our room. I will not stay here again.

The doors look like it doesn’t properly close, and we can clearly hear people outside talking loud. Not sound proof as advertised. I booked a room with a king size bed although once I arrived I was given a queen size bed. Went to the office to correct that mistake and was given a “slightly bigger bed”.

Unfortunately the past reviews seem to be off and not providing a whole picture of the place. We arrived at midnight and it looked decent driving up to the place after a 4 hour drive. I checked in and my first red flag was a woman yelling at the clerk to go to hell and was trying to break into the lobby bathroom. The clerk was professional and handled the situation well. The second red flag was the lady in front of me asking to exchange rooms because the sink was leaking and had a huge puddle and the AC did not work. Lastly, walking into the room smelled like urine and everything was filthy. The guest that stay seem to live there and we were woken up by a women screaming and crying while banging on the door yelling. You could hear the physical altercation and this lasted 2 hours. I spoke to management and they were kind enough to refund me my money and call it a day. I would suggest cleaning the place up and remodeling but I get its located in a tough area. Overall I wouldn't return and don't suggest it unless that's your type of people.

This facility is Non-smoking, but the rooms still have an unpleasant odor. I had 2 rooms and both of the rooms have an unpleasant odor. Besides the odor, the rooms have no iron, no ironing board, no hair dryer, and no chair for the desk that they provided inside the room. The only good thing about this place is that there is lots a fast food in the area that is convenient within walking distance the hotel offers breakfast.

The room was kind of clean and for some reason the room service people would not clean the room everyday like in other hotels from what I was told from the front desk is they clean them every fifth day or after the clients check out.

Bad management I didn't get my deposit because they said the machine didn't work so I paid cash when I went to get my money the representative said it was going to be deposited back into my card which I never used. Anyways bad experience
