Great "stop off" for me and family on way back to UK from skiing trip. Very close to motorway so very easy to find. Had family room (for 4). Room was decent size, beds comfy. Breakfast was very good and included in room price so made it a good value stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was nicely appointed but a little bit of a drive from the little town of Beaune. Breakfast hours were very limited.

The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly. Great breakfast. But, don’t stay here if you don’t have transportation. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from town/train station. Beaune has very few taxis and often none are available.

About 2km from the city center. I like walking so for me this was a plus. The hotel is generally nice. I am very sensitive to machine/engine sound and even though it is very faint I wasn't able to sleep well due to the background sound of the central cooling system (there is a centralized system outside the building). Otherwise a good hotel.

Nice and clean property. Free parking. Only 8 minutes away from downtown Beaune. We easily found free parking on most days and on one occasion used the pay parking.

Hotel was good, also the service, reception was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant however was quite busy and we waited (on both evenings that we spent there) for a very long time to get our meal. So if you are hungry then better go to a more organised restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, great clean and comfortable facilities. The only negatives were that that the shower gel dispenser in the shower did not work, and the Wine Please restaurant is over priced for what you receive for dinner and breakfast. The gym, pool, games and quiet room were a nice touch.

This hotel is located 1 mile from the Beaune city center, and it was an easy walk. The accommodation was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. No frills, but very solid overall, and the restaurant was very good.

Good location, nice decor, good choice for one night stay. Staffs are ok, didn’t give much information upon checking. For one night stay, they’ve taken 300 euro as a security deposit, which seems very high to me, comparing with other similar price hotels and most of them don’t ask for security deposit.

There was zero soundproofing in the hotel, we could hear doors slamming from about 8pm onwards and again starting early at 5-6am. I really had a bad sleep at this hotel. The toilet is in a separate room from the bath/shower (which is fine and happens a lot in French hotels I've been in), however there was no sink in this room - you had to go all the way from the toilet into the bathroom to use the sink, this was some real poor planning...
The restaurant was alright but not the best one hotel I've eaten at, although service was extremely quick from ordering the main course but slower to order desert/get the bill
The biggest benefit from this hotel was the breakfast, it was amazing - especially the waffles which was a surprise bonus as most hotel buffets don't have this.

This hotel is situated outside Beaune more a short drive than a walk. It is modern and the staff are friendly and effective. The restaurant and breakfast provide ample options.

We arrived at 9:30 in the evening after a very long drive from st. Tropez. The restaurant closing at 10 and we were starving so went straight there. I asked 4 team members to take my order but was passed along every time saying 'oh my colleague will take the order'. This was very annoying as they were setting up for breakfast - putting out Bon Maman jam was more important than our order. So we ordered after a 15 min wait. The order was wrong. I expressed my disappointment and I was meet with a blank stare and no expression. There were 6 team members working so being ignored when you try and ask them or being passed along 4 times is awful. We were asking the supervisor not the bus boy.

It was what you expect, clean, small rooms, busy so patience needed for lift. We did not use the restaurants, a little soulless. Very organized re covid.

Great location, swimming pool and amenities of the highest quality. The staff is friendly, professional and it is very centrally located with ample parking. As usual, Novotel did not disappoint. Highly recommended, we were a family of 4 and room was very spacious.

We booked into Novotel Beaune to visit the surrounding area. The location was ideal. Just a 20 minute walk into the beautiful town of Beaune.

We were after a hotel that had parking and this was a good option for that. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. I didn't realize it was quite a distance from the old town - actually it wasn't so bad. There are footpaths all the way and it is very well lit so it's easy to walk (about 10-15 mins) and the hotel staff are happy to call a taxi for you if you prefer. The room was nice and clean. We were three in a room and it was probably a little bit too tight but we managed ok. Check in and check out was quick and the staff were nice.

We stayed in Beaune for just one night. The choice of Novotel was perfect and we had a great weekend. The Hotel was busy and clearly has many one or two night guests as opposed to 1 week vacation guests. They are very well prepared for this and provide a goof range fo facilities and plantly of parking.
