It was fine except I thought I would get a balcony

For the price I paid, it does not seem to be a worthwhile hotel. The location was great but hot tub, not hot, no towels on the pool/hot tub site, Internet not secure and weak, vanity mirror wooden frame-water damage (rm 236) in the bathroom, coffee machine/coffee not good enough. No tub in the bathroom just shower. $50 for resort fee??? Hardly a resort. Am I expecting too much? A bit disappointed for 3.5 star hotel.

I used our stay for a composition retreat and the room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and I got a lot done! When I needed a break, it was conveniently located so we could walk downtown or to the marvelous grocery store. We will be back!

Stayed here before , this time we used it to jump off to Angel Island 🏝️. Very nice staff and I got to leave my vehicle for 2 nights while camping on the Island 🏝️.

Very comfortable room, good bed and great shower. not very clean, there was a dog bone by the armchair! the pool and hot tub were great. the restaurant was ok, not great.

Not worth the money for basically a motel. Very old bathroom and uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very hard to reach front desk- didn’t answer phone. Keys stopped working and no one was at front desk for 30 min. No coffee in lobby in morning only hot water.

We really enjoyed Tiburon. Local restaurants offered some of the best food we had in a 10 day excursion up and down the coast. We loved using the ferry system between Tiburon, SF, and Sausalito. The restaurant in The Lodge let me take a glass of wine back to the room, which was so nice after a busy day out.
While we never got a chance to use the pool, it looked like good family-friendly fun with a giant connect four game and hot-tub.
The Lodge also let us keep our car parked until we were ready to leave town several hours after check out. We were super-grateful for that.
The room was spacious enough to roll out my yoga mat (key) and got good sunlight.

I didn’t like the fact that we were given a handicap room and didn’t get a bathtub. The shower was poorly designed and leaked everywhere taking a lot of towels to soak it up. On top of that the room was on ground level and people above sounded like an elephant herd waking us up. I called down for different room but was told they were “pretty much full” and couldn’t move us. Spending over $250 a night on a hotel room I would’ve expected better.

Fantastic and relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Very clean and well maintained facilities with amazing nearby dining options for any occasion. The neighborhood is very beautiful and welcoming as well, with great options for evening walks and biking.

After a 12 hour delay in flights we arrived at night in stead of day time, really nice reception quick and smooth but that was the inly positive vibe we noticed later. We arrived around 22.00 everything in the hotel but also in town was closed , we looked and asked everywhere , we couldn’t buy something to drink even water or stronger at our arrival. Super strange on a friday night it looked like a gohst town (pretty but nothing to do) super sad
Went to bed curtain did not want to go down and no warm water in the shower

Great location, pool, outdoor fire, bar and restaurant attached just down the street from Tiburon’s cute little shopping and restaurants.
Property could use new carpeting and an update, but that’s what the prices are lower, I think. Still, clean, a good value, and super easy.
Two minor issues I had: alarm went off at 2:30am and it smells a bit dank. I got used to it, but I slept really well otherwise and I loved how quiet it was.

We did not sleep at all. You could hear every footstep above our room. We were in 221. The next morning I mentioned it at the front desk and ask if the manager could call us and received no phone call from the manager. We will never stay here again. We normally stay at the Waters Edge, which is night and day on customer service

Perfect location in Tiburon! Close to downtown walking distance so saves you the hassle of parking and right off the main road coming into town so can’t miss it. Also my fiancé enjoyed the bar while I was taking my time getting ready ;) and shoutout to housekeeping probably the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice place with convenient free parking, good wifi, beautiful pool area with towels and shade cover, free coffee in the lobby, and a nice restaurant open all day and evening. Tiburon is small, so you can reach any of the 8 restaurants on foot in 5 minutes. Yes, there are several waterfront restaurants with views of either bridge and downtown S.F. Really a nice place to stay.

We had an enjoyable few nights at the end of a long road trip. The pool and hot tub were a welcome opportunity to unwind and relax. The property is a bit dated but was clean and comfortable
