I was very good quite and very nice place both location and property
4.2
Perfect for a spa weekend with all of the amenities and plenty of dining options, but the rooms are terribly outdated.
4.2
$52 breakfast was cold and under cooked. House keeping never came to straighten our room. Had to find housekeeping just to get some coffee for the next day. Room was not what we had paid for. Front desk was not helpful when we made inquiries.

Wonderful!!!

There wasn’t cleaning room service in the three days we stayed.
The hotel need to do some maintenance cause we find the furniture an flooring a bit old.
We asked for the anniversary upgrade combo but by the time we arrived to the room, berrys were already rotten so we couldn’t eat any, we just enjoyed the wine.
The plate with the rotten food remained al the days of our stay because we didn’t have any cleaning service at all.
We end up thinking about it was a expensive fee for the service that we got.

This is not a cheap hotel. It’s supposed to be a luxury hotel and spa sitting along Table Rock Lake. It’s a place for romantic getaways, family stays, business conferences and nice weekends. At $300+ a night, one would expect the room to be clean and serviced (beds made/refreshed or, at the very least, new towels). That did not happen during our stay. One would also expect the outdoor hot tub, closed for many months, to eventually be repaired. We were told the outdoor pool was heated. It was not! The indoor pool was just okay. The indoor hot tub only had a few working jets and much of the pool’s lining was cracked and crumbling. I wouldn’t have minded so much if we were at a Holiday Inn. But we chose to stay at the Chateau for a reason. In need a massive update and several repairs, I would say the Chateau no longer lives up to its name.

The hotel reminds me of an old Embassy Suites. Our window siding was broke and covered up with tape.
4.2
The Hotel scenery was beautiful IF you book a room with a lake view. I booked a “mountain” view room and it was disappointing. It overlooked an old large/noisy roof with a “rock” in the distance. When I asked to change to a lake view it was stunning….until check out and was charged a significant difference. The rooms and interior are dated. The bed was comfortable and the bellmen were amazing even with the room change. I would stay there again with only booking a lake view room and knowing the price.

Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The view was awesome

Was just what we wanted.

Chase at the front desk was absolutely the best
Made our stay so enjoyable
4.2
We checked in, room was beautiful. Went to the outdoor pool which was so relaxing with towels available and good music. Went to dinner and their food and service were amazing. The balcony was so nice in our room. Bed was so comfortable. Nice place to unwind ❤️
4.2
Room was kind of expensive as it was but then you had to pay extra for everything else like $30 for breakfast seven dollars for a bottle of water
4.2
The stay was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. We will be back for many more visits.

The only thing i was disappointed in was when we first got there, the trash in the bathroom had not been changed out abd there was a dirty tampon in it. But we asked housekeeping to change it and they did. Also when i looked at my receipt after leaving, i saw they charged us $10 for two days for bottled water and we didnt drink any bottled water

Was really awesome everything was great

Once we saw our room we called down to the front desk and asked if they had another room available with a view of the lake ? Not only did they give us another room they upgraded us to a suite at no charge . We had a wonderful corner suite on the 9th fl.

Been going for thirty years, dissatisfied with the hot tub not working, fire pits weren't also. plus had to pay for parking for the first time for regular lot.
4.2
No hot tub, outside. Requested several times for maintenance to take a looks and nothing. Fire pits tables were not working. No shampoo in the bathroom. Lack of service. Pillows were terrible. They are charging 10 to park.
4.2
Rooms were nice and roomy. They do lack a microwave which would have been nice. The Spa was excellent! Nearby walking trails a private marina to rent boats, waverunners, etc was great! Table rock lake was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of amenities. Food was also great at the hotel. Everything in Branson was only a short drive away! Beautiful views

Everyone are so nice and professional

Chateau on the Lake is a nice hotel for the Branson/Table Rock area. The rooms are dated but maintained well enough; however, the air conditioner unit in our room was extremely loud when it kicked on which was a problem for me as a light sleeper. Not sure if that is an issue across the board or it was just our room. The location has a great view of Table Rock Lake.
4.2
Friendly staff (Chase, I believe was my favorite) comfortable room. Loved the sweet shop and the pool.
4.2
Bad food over priced.the rooms were plane Jane’s no microwave .I think my sheets were used and soaps were bolted to the shower wall. It’s to pricey for what you get.
4.2
The scenery is beautiful of lake & hills. Grounds are well maintained and pretty. Room was clean, large, & comfortable bed. A bit more attention needs to be given to cleanliness outside the room such as hall rugs, elevator floors. Great pickleball courts but no method for connecting to other players so we never played.
4.2
From the moment we arrived the service at the Chateau was amazing! The man at the door was very helpful and took the time to go inside to give us the full layout of the hotel. We were not happy with the view from our standard king room (to be fair I should mention we did not pay for a room with any kind of lake view). When I called downstairs, Dinah and Chase went above and beyond our expectations (I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I mean way beyond our expectations)! The room was clean, the pool area was beautiful, and the hotel atrium looks like something from Vegas. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of all this resort has to offer but we’ll be back! Thanks again to Chase and Dinah!

Stayed one night as we arrived a day early and our condo was not ready yet. Great and friendly workers in ALL areas of the hotel complex. Very clean facilities and pleasant aroma as you enter the building. This was a splurge stay…cost is quite expensive and the average family would not be able to afford to stay here.

Very impressed. Loved our stay

Very classy and accommodating.

Our stay was very pleasant. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the room had plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and marina. The hotel was elegant. Our meals were in the Atruim and each one was delicious.
The staff at the marina were very friendly and accommodating.
Our only complaint was the low water pressure in our room and the shower was cold. At checkout, we were told that there was a problem with the hot water that day.

This hotel has an amazing location on the lake with a stunning view. Highly recommend getting a top room with balcony view. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is big and also well maintained. The restaurants are delicious and bars fun! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. 😊

This place is beautiful! It has a beach and so much you can do without spending extra money. You can go to the movies, spend hours at the pool it doesn’t matter. It’s so clean and the staff is wonderful

DON'T STAY HERE!
This was one of the most disappointing stays that I've ever had. When I first got there I was greeted by Chase who was wonderful, lovely and honestly the best part of staying at this hotel.
I decided to upgrade my room to the vice presidential suite when I arrived because I really wanted to treat myself and have some indulgent time. One of the features mentioned in the upgraded room was it was supposed to have a kitchen. And it had a kitchen area ... but absolutely nothing to prepare or eat any food! Nothing, no paper towels, no glasses or nor utensils. When I asked for something I was offered disposable plastic. For a luxury resort that seemed really trashy.
The room itself was very large and spacious , but it was very dated. It seemed like something that was classy and fancy maybe 20-25 years ago, not at all current style or even recently updated. It also had a smell of mildew and didn't feel or smell very fresh and clean. The towels felt all crusty and the robes smelled of mildew.
I had a lake view room but couldn't even enjoy the balcony because there were so many spiders out there.
I'm really not sure what the upgrade was for and I'm kicking myself for spending all that money!
I also got a spa voucher when I checked in and when I checked out it hadn't been added to my bill. Even though at the spa I was assured it would be taken care of at checkout. Room service was expensive. Tasted awful and was in plastic take out containers

I stayed at the chateau several years ago, and I came back because I guess that I played it up more in my mind than what it was back then. Limited services: pool times, why are there pool times? And if you are going to have pool times and limitations make sure they are adhered to. There were children filling up the lobby entrance to the indoor pool, and there were about 6 children swimming in full street clothes until past 11pm. I would have gone to the outdoor pool but it was apparently closed at 10pm. Conveniences: every floor had supposed “vending” however there were no machines or anything besides ice machines (and half or those were broken). With all food producing facilities closed at 11, there was nowhere to get anything to eat. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and the vast majority have 24/7 room service. This was very irritating. Mold in rooms: I paid to upgrade to a suite, and the upgrade I got had mold growing along the ceilings in the bathroom. Does not make an upgrade worth it. I guess that my overall experience was less of being in a high end hotel and more just being restricted at every turn with the endgame of the hotel to exploit their customers into buying upgrades when they should really charge less for the out dated experience.
