Friendly and professional staff. Located in a nice area. However the rooms were outdated, no USB ports, tv did not allow streaming, phone mirroring and no streaming services. The only reason I have a 4 and not a 5.

With the exception of the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island, this was the best designed room I have ever stayed in. The only thing it did not have was a microwave. The exterior TV controls were helpful and I connected a small DVD player.

I have stayed at this location my past 5 visits to Nashville. My son attends a university in Nashville and this is my home away from home while visiting my son. The location is super clean, close to everything and the staff make you feel right at home. Every time I check in or out the staff ask how my son is doing at school, which makes me feel like they care about their visitors. I will definitely be staying at this location alot more during the next 3 years. :)

Everything about this conveniently located hotel was exceptional! We enjoyed staying there very much and highly recommend it. The staff was great and treated us like family. The pool was a big plus for me. It was quiet, pristine, and relaxing. The breakfast was nice as well. We travel frequently and this was the best hotel all around we have stayed in anywhere!

Our first visit to the Nashville area and we enjoyed the location near the mall and freeway. Franklin was amazing to visit, with great history. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

We stayed overnight on our way to Gulf Shores. We were thrilled with our room and swam in the pool. It was clean and the kids had fun. Nice breakfast. Would recommend

Overall the property was great. Clean, easy to get to, friendly staff and well maintained. The only issue was our room had two true double beds and a pullout (which may have been bigger than the actual beds) made sleeping five people in the room very uncomfortable. At other Hyatt Place properties the rooms have had two queen beds, not doubles. Just beware if you have your family or a bigger party, it will be a tight fit. Otherwise, no complaints.

Booked a king room to start my vacation with my wife only to find out after driving 7 hour that they changed it at the last minute to 2 doubles beds. I booked this room over 2 weeks early. Then I'm told I cant get credit for hyatt program bcause I used expedia to place my bookings. Oh so now I need to decide if I want to use your ap or get points. and I suspect if I had booked direct maybe I would have been offered a King... they did offer points for the "minor disruption".... well the minor disruption was not how I planned my vacation to start Hyatt. My wife and I actually really like each other and sleeping in other beds has never happened in our home or abroad until last night. Sorry, if this sounds aggressive, were in our late 50's and vacations along with where and how we sleep should not be your decision. We picked and paid for a King. I guess we should be excited to atleast had a room.

Beautiful hotel in a great area! The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing in every interaction. The only negative was the bathroom looked like it needed a little work: tile/grout fixes, old showerhead, small amount of visible mold on ceiling. Overall was wonderful and would stay again.

The staff was very welcoming and our room was a good size—comfortable bed. Room was quiet and towels were fluffy! Hotel is well located and provides walking access to restaurants and a quick drive to the mall. Breakfast service was lacking the first day. Fruit and yogurt bowls were empty; kids had dropped cereal all over the floor; coffee was spilled causing a hazard. More attention could be paid to this service. It’s a perfect hotel for families with the pool and food.

Weekend we stayed ,had a baseball tournament in area and kids were running up and down halls, playing in fire exits, talking loud and making noise late in evening with no parental guidance.

We stayed at the sister Hyatt our that our friends stayed at during the same trip on our way to South Shores. Our room was nicer. Our breakfast was better. Our pool was not as good and we did not have live entertainment but we appreciated the quiet after 10 hour road trip. Clean beds and nice showers were the primary focus. And Pet friendly bonus for us!

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel room was very clean. but in need of updating. Water pressure in the shower was very low.
TV was from around 2007 but I was still able to hook up the Roku. Bed was comfortable.
The morning we tried breakfast the food was not hot and there was no microwave to heat the food up.
the staff was very accommodating.
