We were there to visit friends who lived close by. The hotel was very convenient to our friends. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. We were given extra towels when asked. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The hotel was also very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

This is the second time staying at this property while on business. Consistently great service, clean and spacious rooms, amazing front desk staff (Dave) who are very helpful and personable.

For a business trip it was perfect, great location, front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating . Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again in business takes us back to that area.

I came over because of a storm on the west coast . 2 issues no one at front desk to pay for items I needed . Second issue no liquid soap in the bathroom shower makes me think you do not keep it clean .

Great hotel, but disappointed in breakfast…all egg omelettes contained meat. None were vegetarian. Also the Cheerios were the sweetened ones.

The property in the hotel was great, but Expedia was trash. Somehow my reservation got canceled when I arrived and had to wait 2 to 3 hours to get a room. Also I was charged extra money before I could get a room and still didn’t get a room so my experience is very bad. Would you guys?

I have stayed at this hotel in the past to visit my parents. This last stay was for 5 days. I felt the interior of this hotel needs to be refurbished. I also did not like the people that were coming and going in and out of the hotel at night. Security camera’s should be added at the front entrance and the parking lot. Also, work was being done in the hallways for some wifi upgrade. The place was a mess with wires in the hallway. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. The Hilton company needs to check this hotel and see if it meets the Hilton standards

Asked at checkin if I wanted daily maid service and said yes. Did not clean my room. Beds lumpy. No coffee Sunday morning. If machines broke why not order urns from Starbucks or such? Very disappointed

This Hampton gave it s score 9 out of 10 a real life they look like they freshly painted it from the little Puerto Rican or Cuban guy unprofessional paint job old outdated place I mean really bad and they charge a lot of money

The Hilton was awesome all the way around, Expedia on the other hand. If your flight is delayed, they cancel your hotel reservations, so be careful with Expedia. They’ll try to upsell you a different plan different room a different policy, but the Hilton was awesome. They accommodated and they help me through this issue, thank you Dennis
