My room was smaller than in my previous stays, darker (only one window) and had a bit of an odor. Room 228. I was probably the worst room I had after staying at Hotel Zoo 4 times. Not awful but a lower standard than before.

We were only in Berlin for a short time, but we lucked out with this hotel. It was spacious, nice amenities, and much more beautiful than we had anticipated. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and we enjoyed the area (great for shopping)

Amazing hotel, very chic.
The only thing i would say is no personal touch at checkout, all they asked was if i had anything from the mini bar, not how was your stay and i stayed for 2 nights!, infact, the girl checking me out was too busy talking to the other two guys (one reception, one who shows you to your room), shame as the hotel itself was lovely.

Excellent hotel very to close buses/trains and shops and plenty of choice for restaurants nearby. Room was lovely and clean and staff were very helpful .

Great hotel. Very stylish. Great rooms. I stayed at Deluxe room and loved it. However, very expensive breakfast buffet at 40 EUR per person!

As usual comfortable, easy to reach and centrally located. I love to be in the hotel because of its charm and service is great. Breakfast as usual yummy and next to Apple Store direkt at Ku‘Damm …

This was my second visit to Zoo Hotel and I will definitely return. It's a beautifully decorated building with luxury rooms, a brilliant bar and breakfast, approachable and helpful staff and the best lounge for relaxing in. Also, an ideal base for discovering Berlin away from the usual overly tourist areas.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Berlin and great location.
Great room and very spacious and clean with quirky art in each room. Hotel bar and restaurant fabulous and breakfast was lovely.

Very noisy corridors. You could hear every footstep in the corridors and rooms above which made sleeping difficult

The hotel is pretty. But on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays there’s a lot of club noises and if you are a light sleeper like I am, it is not ideal. Overall, this hotel is a nice place but the hundred euros a night extra that they charge as a security fee is not ideal in addition to one of the highest taxes I have experience in Europe.

Excellent hotel but it has a strange elevator that flashes at you when you take it to their room. Would not stay again just because of that.

Clean nice room, comfortable bed and all the commodities required. Noise level was low.
Good bar and location.
Only thing I did not enjoy was the flashing lights in the elevators, that was quite silly.

The hotel was stylish and modern. Our room(s) were very good. Style may have given way to practicality in some aspect e.g the cups in the room were pretty useless and the power points next to the bed were difficult to access. I would say that whilst we liked the look and feel of the bar the staff were not in the least customer focused. Very disappointing.

Great hotel! The rooms were nice however i did wish that the AC went lower that 19. Staff was incredible . The lounge downstairs is great and definitely a scene. Will definitely come back agaian!

Architecture and decoration are awesome.
Restaurants delighful (roof top worth visiting)

This was the first time at this hotel for me but not the first time in Berlin.
Nice and friendly staff at the reception
I really like when you have some one follow you to the room and introduces, the hotel, including where to find , the bars, breakfast , rooftop etc.
I recived the room before normal checkin time, which is extra good.
The room was quiet, nice beds, nice pillows.
The toilet and shower was very good.
I tried to rooftop bar with out food

Would like to try to food next time.
Hade breakfast the day after.
It was very nice, and frech.
The price is littlebit higher then other places around the area.
But you will get value for the money

We were upgraded to a better room but the room ended up not having any air conditioning and no engineer on duty. Suffered for a night leaving the windows open to cool the room down and my son got bitten by mosquitoes. Not a great start but the staff sorted it out the next day by giving us a further upgrade and the room was fabulous. We enjoyed the rest of the stay very much. Would recommend!
