Everyone was super nice. Room needs a refreshing but all in al a good stay .

It is just a night and day experience between Gold Strike’s hotel and their very close neighbor Horseshoe. I will never stay Horseshoe again. I will see music at Horseshoe, but to stay the night Gold Strike will always be my choice! Clean, safe, and comfortable. Great view of the river. Beautiful sunset!!!

Loved our stay. They only negative I can even say about it is our room didn’t get as cool as we would have liked.

The facility is in decent shape compared to the surrounding casinos. One thing that I did not like was the pool. What a joke that one is. It's about big enough for 4 people!!!

This was our 23rd wedding Anniversary so we booked a one night stay with a massage as the grand finale. I know that Goldstrike cannot control the type of customers that come to the casino; however, the pool area should be for all customers not some. If customers did not do well on the machines, then they should not be allowed to make everyone around them miserable. We were having a relaxing moment in the pool area when a customer decided to report children in the pool with an adults present. For some reason, they were asked to leave the pool. Afterwards, the customer made a negative proclamation and did not use the pool area at all. Nonetheless, my husband and I took the negativity in stride and decided to have a relaxing short weekend-Happy Anniversary!

I reserved a smoking room online once I got there and mind you we checked in before 7pm they didn't have any smoking rooms available. They said those rooms are on a first come basis.

We didn't go to the room after check-in. We checked in at 1 PM but never even went to the room. We had to leave due to a family issue around 10 PM. We told them to go look at the room and we never took our luggage out to the car. We went straight to the casino floor. We asked about a refund and they said they could not since we checked in at 1. The stairs were closed off so you had to take the elevator to get to the rooms we were told at check-in. So to rate the room I cannot but to rate the service I can.

Clean and large room. Casino was fun even though we really didn’t win anything. Enjoyed the band at the bar in the casino.

We walked in after having complimentary valet and the feeling of a clean, safe establishment was nice. The machines, tables and Buffett were all clean and worked properly.

This was a great stay. I had a king non smoking room on the 21st floor. It was very roomy, clean and everything worked as it should. Water isn't very hot but suitable. I played roulette and got my return by playing $200. Not a big win but walked away with $180 win. The buffet had good chooses even a hibachi grill. I couldn't eat like I wanted because a waiter was trying to set up a date. Wow right? Let me eat. Anyway all was well and the stores have what you need, such as Tums like my husband needed. Told him not to eat so much buuuut. Ok, last thing..a corona single is $5. Play and make sure you get one for free! Enjoy!

Great time there, comfortable beds . Great a/c in rooms . Rooms are dated but not bad . Could use updating .

Great casino and hotel.

My sister and I were there for 2 days our room was never clean. No one asked if we needed to call housekeeping to replenish supplies or make our bed—terrible communication. I will not stay there again.

It was clean and nice some of staff wasn’t real friendly or helpful.

Our stay was awesome

The Casino was very nice. The Hotel does not have a pool available except for players with a platinum card. I'm not sure what that has to do with paying hotel guests not being able to use it? The service at the sports book bar was by far superior to any other in the entire resort, especially from a bartender named Chris, who went above and beyond!

Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean but refrigerator wasnt working and no microwave.

The room is very comfortable and clean. It is a bit time worn, but pleasing on the eye. I would recommend deep cleaning of the carpets and tile, but that is me looking towards perfection.

Great Stay

I was not impressed with the room. We had only one chair and no little table (which we have always had in hotel rooms) to sit and have our morning coffee. We had to request someone from housekeeping to clean our room after the 2nd night. We had no clean towels, coffee pods, cups or sugar.
