Patrons smoking in their rooms down the hall. Could hear people talking in the hall all nite and upstairs customers, you could hear them at nite. Not hotels fault, thin walls. Usually like Sleep Inns but this one wasnt as nice as others we've stayed at. Front desk staff was always nice.

Front desk good. Condition of hotel so so. No places to walk to in the area. Hard if you have no car. Breakfast they provided was excellent!

Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel. The first room was musty smelling and I saw a bedbug. Switched to a second room and the toilet was running for 30-minutes after each flush before it was quiet in the room again to sleep.

The hotel's common areas reeked strongly of cigarette smoke, and some of the rooms also smelled of cigarette or some similar smell. The first room we got had a clogged sink, and we had to pack up and move to a different room. The air conditioners were week, and being a hot weekend, it was very difficult to be comfortable under the covers in the room at night. The shower floors were dangerously slippery.
The breakfast was fine with a decent selection of hot and cold items. The front desk person was friendly, but he could not make up for the poor condition of the property.

The hotel was very conveniently close to the metro station and shopping. The rooms were outdated and small. We reserved a room with 2 queens and were given 2 twins. Mattresses were old and worn. The bed frames had multiple metal pieces sticking out creating a hazard. The price was good, but the condition didn't live up to other Sleep Inns we've stayed at in the past.

Average and functional. Hotel is very outdated for the area, rooms are small and services / amenities are mostly non-existent, but it was quiet and had no issues. Parking didn’t feel particularly safe, especially with all the “We are not liable…” signs, but there was free parking so at least there’s that.
All in all, a bit run down but gets the job done and you get what you pay for.

Convenient, short overnight, no-frills stay. I just wish the night staff who checked me in let me know what time breakfast was, as I ended up missing it the morning of my departure. Otherwise, stay was good for an overnight.

The hotel is really nice, but the rooms are crowded. There's almost no room to move around with 4 people.
The fridge was a little to big for the cabinet it was in, so you had to be really careful when you opened it. The breakfast was pretty good, except the juices and milk were warm

Noisy a/c in room..hallways were hot, not air conditioned. Old andcdirty carpets. No one at front desk when we arrived to check in at 6:30 p.m., just a sign reading, "We will be back in 15 min." The breakfast was gross looking, and considering the conditions of the rest of the hotel, I took a pass.

Out of 300 rooms i was put in the corner where plumbing work was going on... then when i went to take a shower to get up and out because of the noise, the water was shut off!! No notice from the night clerk when i checked in. No warning in the morning or notice that water would be shut off.. so when i went to complain and check out, there was no apologies, and when i asked for a refund, i was laughed at!! And told i must talk to "Expedia" too bad.. have a nice day!!!

My room was dirty, and my shoes stuck to the floor in the lobby/breakfast area. Room smelled mildewy and unclean. The handle on one of the drawers was broken off, and the sink faucet was very wiggly Saw a bug in the bed that looked like a nymph bedbug. Property would only refund me for one out of three nights I paid for, and I had to pay for another room at another hotel for two nights.

Rooms were okay. Blankets had blood on them and sheets had hair on them. I finally told front clerk to just bring me sheets and I would make my own bed! Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast gal was super nice. Nothing special.

Situated in a quiet, shady research park. Generally good accommodations. Breakfast was sparse, front-desk service poor, and the pool was closed without explanation.

Bathroom door was broken and it didn't close. Room refrigerator was broken too. My beverages went bad. No towels in the bathroom (although provided after requesting). Dirty bathroom (didn't clean after requesting). I'm not visiting again. Not worth of money.

All the drawers slided out and can't be closed. The fridge didn't work. They fixed the fridge but not the drawers. We had to ask for tape to tape them close so our legs won't bump into them. The carpet is dirty (hallway and the room), the vent where the cool air blows out is dirty. The room is very small. Had we have big luggage, we won't be able to find a place for them. The old guy at the front desk is seldom behind the counter and he NEVER smiles. If he prefer to stay in the room next to the front desk, at least put a bell on the counter so guests can ring for him. In short, the place is not what shows in the pictures.

Everything was clean and comfortable . I am upset for a reason that they advertise the pool, but it is not available. I even call before reseeving room and staff member told me that the pool was open as well as the check in lady at front desk stated the same. Next morning when i try to take my daughter to swing staff told us it waa close. I pay their price due to the pool access and that is not what we received. My daughter is atletic and swing relax her muscle but it was not available. That to me is false advertising

The place was not so WOW! But the staff (Spanish) was very friendly. I did not like the breakfast very much (very basic). And we had to keep asking for the sheets to be changed, but they very kindly helped us with that. I give it 3.5 out of 5.

They said the pool was open but it was not. The breakfast food in the morning was horrible. There was no English speaking staff so it was hard to get the assistance that we needed. The pillows were to soft and the mattress was to soft.
